Very warm and polite welcome. Property is under new management and it looks like some fresh re-painting and repairs has been done recently. It was moderately clean.

Check in was nice and Em is lovely. We are giving this neutral feedback, with a friendly and honest perspective because we needed a place where to stay and we found a room that was not that bad. We could adapt ourselves and we slept well. Right balance quality - price ❤️ But still,

I liked the openness and friendliness of the place. The kitchen facilities could have better, cleaner, more maintained same for the wash areas ie shower cubicle.

Druggies living and working at this hostel. New Zealand builder is the drug dealing They should be closed down. It is not safe unhygienic drug addicts living and working there

I liked the clean toilets and bathrooms. The pub downstairs was smoke-free and not so loud. The workers were very polite and quick to be of service. Sleeping space was uncomfortable for me because I'm tall.

i think it is the cheapest hostel in London... price is really cheap... Amenity and property is soso but it is good because its price is really cheap... shower rooms are really small and frankly i was not comfortable taking a shower and a bed is so so... but i cant say its property is bad because its price is really cheap... if you want the cheapest place, then it could work.. but if you find a good place for comfort and relax, i think it is not a good option.

Worst. The room is too narrow. There is no space to open my luggage in the room and corridor. Where can I organize my luggage? No place. Toilets are always dirty and only 3 or 4. It’s not enough. And something is broken all shower rooms. There is no kitchen. Just one microwave in the grand floor. I’m traveling almost 4 years. This hostel is worst place in my travel.

Of course, it isn't perfect but hey it's a hostel. For £11 a night in Central London, it's really good value for money for budget travellers.
