THE SPACE

As you make your way up the driveway towards a beautiful palm tree, guests are greeted by the immaculately presented exterior of this stunning property. Two brick steps lead up to the front door, setting the tone for the sophisticated and stylish interior that awaits inside.

Family bathroom
The family bathroom is located on the ground floor of this exquisite property. A modern and spotless bathroom with wooden flooring, neutral decor and subtle pale grey accents.

Equipped with all the necessary facilities for your convenience, the family bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower, WC, basin with a cupboard for storage, a wall-mounted mirror, and a heated towel rail. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.

A hidden utility cupboard houses a washing machine which you are welcome to use.

Bedroom 3

Guests can unwind in the comfortable double bed, flanked by sleek bedside tables with lamps for late-night reading. A 43" Smart TV is also provided for entertainment. You are welcome to use the WiFi to sign in to your favourite streaming platforms.

Sliding doors which lead out to the rear garden decking, allow an abundance of natural light to flood the room and allows for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Floor to ceiling drapes ensure privacy and create a cosy atmosphere for a restful night's sleep.

The second bedroom has a modern and clean en-suite, boasting a double walk-in rainfall shower, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. The ensuite also features a WC, built-in cabinets and drawers for ample storage and a sleek basin with an illuminated anti-fog mirror.

Sink into the large and extremely comfortable corner sofa, perfect for lounging and enjoying the wall-mounted 55" Smart TV. The carpeted flooring adds a touch of warmth and cosiness to the room, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
The dining area within the lounge is a perfect spot for enjoying a meal with family or friends, featuring a six-seater wooden dining table and chairs beneath an impressive skylight that creates a dramatic ambiance within the space.

Master bedroom
The exquisite Master Bedroom at Belmont Retreat is located on the peaceful first floor of this luxurious property. As you step onto the soft carpeting that continues the neutral tones of the room, you will notice a large freestanding mirror that reflects the natural light streaming through the window overlooking the front of the property, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

The centrepiece of the room is the super king size bed with two stylish bedside tables and lamps. Beside the bed is a built in cupboard, an original feature that has been kept during recent renovations.

For entertainment, a wall-mounted 42" Smart TV is conveniently positioned for your viewing pleasure. A large walk-in wardrobe with automatic lighting provides ample space to store and display your wardrobe essentials.

The master bedroom has an en-suite featuring gleaming white fixtures that exude elegance and sophistication. The walk-in shower, WC and basin are not only pristine but the en-suite is also equipped with modern amenities such as an anti-fog illuminated mirror and heated towel rail for a dash of luxury.
