About this house rental
A home away from home with spacious rooms, fantastic kitchen with dining area, spacious living room, family bathroom, separate shower room and sun trap outdoor space!
An ideal location with good transport links to Central London and trendy Peckham while also offering Guests a quiet spot to stay.
An eclectic Nunhead period property where old meets new!
The space
Experience the charm and comfort of our spacious 3-bedroom period house - located in the wonderful neighbourhood of SE15.
Our home can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Upon entering the property you are greeted with the charming, beautifully tiled floor
**Lounge**
To the right of the entrance, you have the lounge. It is a large space with high-ceilings, feature tiled fireplace (not in use), a bay window and French doors out to the paved outdoor space. There is lots of seating, enough so that guests can spread out. There is a TV above the fireplace.
**Kitchen diner**
Moving towards the rear of the house, is the vast kitchen diner.
The kitchen has a range of large appliances such as integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob with a super stylish extractor. There is also a range of smaller amenities such as air fryer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. The kitchen is perfect for guests who would like to cook during their stay!
There is a dining table within the kitchen space, suitable for 6 people to sit around. It is by the bay window so we find this to be a great to place sit and enjoy your breakfast at as you benefit from the morning sun and on an evening, it becomes a calm place for dinner.
**Shower room**
Beyond on the kitchen, there is a modern shower with WC & basin.
**Garden**
The paved garden can be accessed using the rear door at the kitchen. It is a bit of a suntrap and there is a small bistro set with 2 chairs for Guests to enjoy some fresh air.
**Bedroom 1**
Directly up the stairs, there is bedroom one, it is a queen size bed. There is a large wooden wardrobe and a chest of drawers so ample room for Guests to make themselves at home. There is also a wooden chair in the corner of the room.
**Family bathroom**
The family bathroom is next door. This is tiled with checkered flooring, with a large bath, shower over the bath, WC and a traditional style basin.
**Bedroom 2**
The second bedroom is further along the landing, with a few steps up to it. Here there is another queen bed, wardrobe and drawers.
**Bedroom 3**
The largest bedroom of them all with a super king bed. A beautiful bay window, complimented with a further smaller window allowed lots of light into the room during the day. Guests will find a traditional fireplace (not in use), with plenty of wardrobe space for Guest belongings.
Should Guests wish to work or study, there is a large desk in this room with a comfortable chair. The light that comes through the room during the day, really does make this a great place to work.
**Sleeping Arrangements:**
- Bedroom 1: Super King Bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
- Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
**Bathrooms:**
- 1 shower room on the ground floor
- 1 family bathroom upstairs
**Location:**
Situated in the vibrant neighbourhood of Peckham, you'll be close to local shops, cafes, and parks. Excellent transport links ensure you're just a short journey away from Central London attractions.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a convenience store called Ivydale Mini Market which is just a couple of minutes walk from the house.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the full property aside from some locked and unlocked cupboards and wardrobes containing Owner's belongings.
There will still be ample storage space for Guest belongings.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE
Some parts of the house, including the upstairs family bathroom and front two bedrooms, particularly the carpets, require some modernising. The Owner has started on the lower floor of the house and is working upwards to the top floor which will take some time for completion.
Guests will have access to the full property aside from some locked and unlocked cupboards and wardrobes containing Owner's belongings.
There will still be ample storage space for Guest belongings.

This is a family home and therefore contains some belongings throughout which the Owner is happy for Guests use and enjoy.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
