Communication and helpfulness was superb. Will definitely stay there again without hesitation and have already shared the details with many friends.
Nothing.

the room was compact but lovely and clean, breakfast was lovely. no parking at the property but you can park on the train station car park which is £4 for 24 hours and a 2 minute walk away, 5 min walk to the town center which is lovely. very friendly staff. when you cross the bridge if you turn right the Mughouse food was amazing at night. if you carry on that side of the river there is a lovely walk along the river and if the weather is nice it really is beautiful.

Lovely old place, with a coffee house on the ground floor. Bed was comphy and room was great for one, with a nice clean bathroom. Breakfast was great 👍
It is an old building, but noise from flooring above is loud (children running around) also TV didn't work, light was on but nothing stayed in room 2

Super friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, nice little single room. Walking distance to Bewdley town centre. Clear information on where to park. It was all I expected from a little B&B and the coffee shop and cake was a bonus.
4.5
Clean, well presented room with everything I needed to hand. Staff were attentive, friendly & helpful.
Breakfast was outstanding!
I booked the guest house for my 86 year old grandmother as a stop gap between staying with family whilst visiting the area. She found the stairs to the first floor un-nerving as steep, narrow and twisty. Next time I book a stay for her I will ensure I request a groud floor room.

Cute little place with a nice cafe below. Easy check in with staff.
Room was very cold and noisy throughout the night. Sounded like running water somewhere .
4.5
Very friendly polite staff. An excellent breakfast!
The room was a little chilly but then it was very cold outside.

Easy access instructions, comfy bed, good shower.
Tv had a broken on off switch making it difficult to turn on.

Beds were okay.
Bathroom was difficult to access without banging heads on ceiling. Shower not very warm or powerful. Staff non existent at check in or breakfast. Got completely ignored at breakfast. Had to pay for decaf coffee when breakfast was meant to be included!

Clean comfortable room. Good breakfast and pleasant staff.
You could hear noise from the kitchen below.

Great Location Although no parking - However I parked for free less than 250 metres away on a nearby housing estate. The Staff were excellent and very friendly and the Full English Breakfast included in the price was really good and cooked to perfection.
I stayed in Room 8 on the ground floor which had no windows but was spotlessly clean. 3 points of constructive advise
1. Have a King Size duvet on a double bed.
2. In the Winter Months you need High Tog Winter Duvets the one on the bed was bed was a Summer Duvet.
3. Replace the mish mash of various coat hangers with a standard type.
4. There was no mirror in the bathroom and I struggled to have my daily shave.
5. Install an electric heater in the bathroom as it was really chilly in there this morning at 6:30am (but the heater in the bedroom was Great.
Despite the comments above as I regularly visit the SVR I will book to stay again (I had hoped to make a reservation on Sat May 18th but it’s already full)

No parking....room was cold

Staff were really friendly and helpful and the location is perfect.
Breakfast was lovely too.

The breakfast was freshly cooked after ordering which was Bostin and very tasty! The bed was comfy as was the chair. The heater was Bostin, very quick to heat up the room which was a godsend on these cold days!
The dining area was spacious, warm and very clean. The staff were bright and cheerful, even on a cold, wet day which was a credit to the owner! Also the staff were helpful and would chat with us!
If there was a gripe, it would be the bedroom window, it sounded as though the window was open when the traffic went by, (It was not by the way!), especially during the night!

I liked the style, old with beams, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and cleanliness was good, and I liked breakfast being included in the price.
There was no food available when I arrived, so I had to order a delivery. I had to carry all my luggage up some twisty stairs, which was difficult for me, with no-one to help, and no-one helped me bring it down again, although the staff were there by then. There was no parking near the hotel, and I could not even stop near the hotel as the road was blocked off, and this caused me a detour of about 20 mins, as I was new to the area. When I arrived again I had to park up a steep hill and carry my luggage down, and back up again when I left. Unfortunately I won't be staying there again for these reasons.

Location, good breakfast and very nice staff & friendly guests. I had plenty of space in my room..
Bed had one broken wooden support slat on one side, but I slept across base so was ok for me.

Our room was compact, clean and comfortable with a nice ensuite. It was furnished and decorated nicely and to a modern standard. This place was a very short walk into town and had two pubs a stones throw away. There was parking available close by. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the tearooms were excellent. The breakfast was brilliant.

Excellent value for money, great location, lovely breakfast and friendly staff.
Bed was hard, bathroom sink very small and some noise from other bedrooms, not necessarily a problem as we travel with earplugs.
4.5
It was a lovely little place, with so much character. There's no parking onsite but the text I got before I went made it really easy to find somewhere safe to park. The staff were lovely and I would love to go back again. The breakfast was fresh and hot, the room was lovely and comfortable. I arrived really late (travelled from Darlington after work) but it wasn't a problem as I'd been given the code for the door and for the key safe by my room, and both were extremely easy to find and to use.
I'd say the only less-than-positive thing was that I'd had a text conversation beforehand and said what I'd like for breakfast, but when I got down to get my breakfast, the staff member who was on didn't know what my order was. It was more than easy enough to ask for it again and it came quickly and fresh so it wasn't a problem - but it would have been even more slick if they'd known what I'd asked for! I also wouldn't be able to bring my partner as she's a wheelchair user, and as it's a lovely little old building, there's not much wheelchair accessibility!

We paid less than we usually do For the price it would be stupid to complain about anything.

Lovely stay, great breakfast and super friendly staff.
No issues at all.

Perfect location for Bewdley, cafe downstairs is really good and provide excellent breakfast.
Quirky period building.
Staff really lovely and accommodating.
No parking on-site but places close by on the road. Understandable as the building was built before cars were common place.

Excellent breakfast staff very friendly lovely location near railway
There was only one Bedside table and the chair was bit too big for the space in room 4 as there were two of us, needed second bedside table and another chest of drawers or smaller chair to make bit more room
4.0
Excellent, friendly staff. Lovely breakfast.
Windows in room are not safe. A small child could easily slide open and unhook. Please look into this.

Breakfast was delicious. The cafe is lovely, full of character. Staff were super helpful storing a bike for us, and facilitating a very early check in!!
Only downfall was the noise from the other guests in their rooms moving around, but given the age and the quirky-Ness of the building, this couldn't be helped. Everything else was spot on.

Room was clean and tidy and well stocked, breakfast was good and location was good
Car parking was an issue, they don't have any. We parked up at the train station but this closed its gates at 7.30 so we couldn't venture out in the car too late. Rooms are up steep stairs which made it a little difficult for elderly relatives.

Staff and breakfast was good .
The only complaint we had is upstairs in our room we had 2 teabags and 2 small milk . I’m sure you will agree one milk each is really not enough .
This also meant all evening and in the morning we just had one hot drink .
3.5
Easy access, lovely old building but well renovated with modern facilities.
A bit noisy on the street and warm despite the mild temp.

This absolute gem of a guest house is situated on a busy corner road. So, yes, park up first (hotel provide details in advance by text, and I had a phone call also) and then make the short walk. A friendly welcome on arrival and very helpful. My friend had stayed in single room 1a and said he had no trouble with traffic noise. He said his bed was very comfortable and he was very happy with his room. Although I’d stayed in a room 3 the week before, and had noisy neighbours, this time I stayed in room 8, which is on the ground floor, and as I requested a quiet room, this fitted the brief perfectly. It was a lovely room: clean and modern, comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities, clothes hanging space, and a nice bathroom. Soap is provided, and I’d taken my own toiletries. The breakfast is superb. They are very nice people and seem genuinely interested in how you are as a guest. This lovely building, which appears to have some history to it, is charming. It has been restored without losing its character. Yes, the stairs may creak a bit, and you do have to respect other guests when in your room to keep the noise down at night, as this isn’t a hotel with tons of corridor space to play with. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Lovely people and very accommodating. The breakfast was great and a really nice environment
Nothing.

Location. Good breakfast let down by instant coffee despite it being a coffee shop which sold numerous varieties of coffee
Overall service levels very hit and miss but always rectified when pointed out

Great breakfast
Mostly all box rooms with no windows so had to be moved to a family room ....also lack of parking.
