We had a wonderful stay. Everyone at the resort was helpful . We would definitely come again!

No reason to leave the resort if you want relaxation and food & drink by the sea. But if you want adventure, there is so much to do on this small island. Truly is one happy island.

We stay at the Divi almost every time we go to Aruba. Unfortunately this time around, they “upgraded” us without giving us any formal notification and gave us a beach front room on the second floor that was far away from everything. I had put in a request back in June requesting a room accommodation through email due to my father’s handicap status and not being able to walk far and needing an elevator. While checking in, they stated they had nothing on record. We eventually settled on a pool view room where the building had an elevator. However, we still had a great trip despite this one inconvenience and hope next time there won’t be any miscommunication when we arrive.

Shower was not properly cleaned. Had mold and hair from other guests stock in the soap dispenser

Very nice. Everyone is polite and helpful. Only thing is they keep it updated so there is construction going on all the time. They have plenty of pools and the beach is amazing.

2nd time there and very disappointed with the quality of food the second time. Food not cooked properly, either overdone or under cooked. Also quality of meat was not good. Also understand about construction but it should be kept to a minimum or reduce the amount of time worked for more quiet time. I would have waited till next year if it was going to be that bad.

Divi was an amazing experience! The only thing our bathroom door didn’t lock and the ac wasn’t working properly. There’s construction happening, which was a little annoying but everything else was great I would go back and stay there again. Hospitality was top tier!

My husband and I loved our stay at The Divi all inclusive. They do an excellent job of maintaining the resort. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The entertainment at night was entertaining. The resort itself has stunning views of the ocean.

Our initial room had a horrible, mildew smell. After the first night, I asked the front desk if we could change rooms and they did with no hesitation. The hotel staff was AMAZING. The Bar tenders were fun and professional. The wait staff in the restaurants were grumpy and looked like they were miserable. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience

The only positive is the beach
I have a giant list of negative
1. The room is not even close to up to par considering the price that was paid for it. Small room, air condition doesn’t work well. Bathroom is tiny nowhere to go. Shampoo/ conditioner and body wash is probably dish soap. Nothing is refilled in the room.
No room service like other resorts.
No fridge with snacks.
No bottled waters.
Room set up for 2 people even though we were 4 in the room.
2. The resort has a beautiful beach.
The food is mass production and zero quality.
Coffee machines hot water machines broken everywhere and no one fixes them.
Restaurants are difficult to get reservations in your best bet is to bribe someone up front and they will get you in and even with that said the restaurant quality food is terrible even what they said was the best which was paparazzi wasn’t great was just okay.
3. This is worst part actually
The people who work there are for the most part nasty and miserable. Front desk people were alright. Everyone else was miserable. Some of them were nicer after you tip and some of them it didn’t matter. We got yelled at several times and several times I said you need to relax we are guests here.
We tried to move a table in the buffet to accommodate a larger group not knowing that that’s a no no and the girl came yelling at us. Kid asked for a little more drink she was yelled at. Asked for one more tiny terrible quality pizza in an all inclusive resort got yelled at.

We paid more money and booked the beachside view but they gave us a standard room with no view. Kimberly was very rude, refused to help us get the beachside view, was giving us a lot of attitude, you could tell she was lying when she was saying that there were no room upgrade available. My other friend came with us and we added her in the room and she overcharges us.
The next day we tried our luck again went to Joey who was very nice and she got us right away a beautiful beachside view room what we basically paid for initially without any issues.
Beside all of that the food was excellent and beside Kimberly everyone else were super nice and friendly.
The beach was gorgeous we had a great time once the room situation was fixed we had a great time. I recommend.

Divi side rooms were close to the beach. Friendly staff that helped us book a snorkeling excursion.

i personally did not like the room i was in because it was given basic hotel room vibes. there was nothing special about the room. a little bit outdated (not modern for my taste) other than than outside of the room the rest of the resort was beautiful.

Went there for our 25th Wedding Anniversary 2nd Honeymoon and we had a Wonderful time.

Everything was great. Access to the beaches and the pools were amazing. The food for dinner and breakfast were excellent. Lunch could have been slightly better but overall it was fine. There is no “club” for adults which was slightly disappointing. Also the pool activities could have been better. The drinks were good. The staff were very friendly. Our house keeper Jocelyn was great. She gave us extra towels bc the towels there were small. Getting a taxi from our hotel was extremely easy. The gym there was really good for a hotel gym. Overall had a really good experience.
