The pictures online are very deceiving. I picked this resort oceanfront so I could walk right out to the beach and that was not the case. There were rocks on the beach that are not in the picture. You could not walk to the beach. I understand whether can affect the landscape of the beach however, the picture should not be posted as such.

Our first room had mold in the bathroom so we changed to a different room on day 2. Impressed that the bathroom shower was regrouped right away and ready for a new guest.
We had an ocean front room overlooking the beach which was great. However, at least half of beach front rooms did not have a white sandy beach but very large rocks, making the beach and sea inaccessible.
There were 5 reservable restaurants . 2 were good, 1 okay and 2 we didn't like. Just our personal tastes. The breakfast and lunch buffets were fine, good selections. Dinner buffet was at the Divi side of the resort so we never went. Although there is a shuttle to take you there if you want. We did take the shuttle to go to 2 restaurants on that side of the resort. It's quick so shouldn't be a deterrent.
There is only 1 coffee shop and it's at Divi. I really think they should have one at Tamarijn too.
Bar food is okay, as you would expect. Drinks are good.

Booked this resort after it was chosen for my friend's 50th birthday trip. The food was very subpar, particularly breakfast and lunch, and dinner options could be broader...esp for the price you pay for an all inclusive dining package. We ended up eating off the resort a lot.more than I would have expected.
I also felt the concierge was a haul to get to from our room and there was no way to speak with them about booking things in an eassier way, like chat or phone. It was not any easy resort to get in touch with outside of walking across the property to have an in-person conversation.

The recommended hotel the Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusive , had too many roaches, the servers didn't know any english and the up keep of the resort needs much repairs. Majority of entertainment was at another resort DIVI All Inclusive. This is not good coming for the first time to celebrate my 25th Wedding Anniversary.

I was impressed with the kind and professionalism of the staff. I loved the Ginger restaurant as well.

I liked that this property was resort like because I was looking for something quite, relaxing and all inclusive. You can easily go from this property to the connecting property and still use the amenities. The beach was more accessible from the divi property. But all the same it was a beautiful stay. The restaurants that required reservations are hard to get so plan early or speal to the Concierge.
The room we stayed in was spacious. With the balcony and ocean view. We have no complaints other than there May be an occasional lizard on the balcony. But make sure you keep the doors closed. Not all the rooms are newly renovated, so there may be some outdated options, but still we.Enjoyed it because we did not spend very much time in the room anyway. Everything you need is right at the resort. They shuttle from resort to resort and you can eat and drink at plenty of places without feeling crowded.
This is mostly an older crowd not a party resort.

Wish the bar opened earlier. Otherwise, wonderful property, people, and environment. Loved it there.

The entire staff is so friendly and eager to assist. Both Kimberly and Marwin at Tamarijn Aruba we super helpful for our dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable and who wouldn't love the beautiful beach view from the rooms..

We had a great waterfront location with awesome views, our room was centrally located.

Pros - ocean front rooms, used buzzers for buffet at breakfast/lunch so didn’t have to stand in line for omelet station, etc. Check out was at noon but they gave temporary bans so could continue to eat/drink until time to leave for airport. Rooms were pretty clean, gave water bottles to use to save on bottled water/better for environment.
Cons - don’t serve any alcohol until 11 am, so no mimosas with breakfast (except Sundays), would have been willing to pay if they at least offered them. Lots of swimming pools, however unclear if could get drinks without paying (even though we were “all inclusive”. No food/drink servers on beach. Only one bunker bar for entire strip of beach/rooms. No room service. No nightly turn down service. Several people were smoking on the beach and left cigarette butts. Resort should offer ash trays or require people to dispose of butts properly.

The food is aweful and there are no activities for guests, only feedback you get from the hotel is a QR code on the reception desk of other hotel locations. Red Parrot @ Divi hotel was literally the only thing decent. Find another place

There were so many food and drink options. The staff were very nice and helpful. They came can cleaned our room and changed out our towels every day sometimes more than once. The waitstaff at all restaurants were timely and the food was incredible. All the bartenders were so kind and had great senses of humor. The only downside was the front desk trying to rope us into a timeshare scam. We were trying to book an ATV tour and they offered us a discount if we viewed their new property. The information they gave originally was very misleading. When we asked for a refund because we realized it was a scam they double charged our card and then had to refund a larger amount.

Oceanfront with lots of quiet beach time. No overcrowded beaches due to the outlay of rooms. Great dining options in the all inclusive package. Favorite was Club Margot. Red Parrot, Ginger, paparazzi and club lime were all very good food with excellent service.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tamarjin. It was my first time in Aruba and I confess I didn't do a ton of research ahead of time. I can say with confidence now that I'd pick Tamarjin all over again. It was perfect! It's located on the southern end of long spanse of ocean side resorts....meaning it was quiet, no so much in the busy, touristy hustle and bustle. The shoreline to guest ratio was good! Everyone had a front row seat on the beach. The staff were SO welcoming and attentive (Juan Carlos at Tamarjin buffet really stands out as a shining star but all were amazing). They have a lot of food options between Tamarjin and Divi. I didnt get bored. I also really enjoyed a free/included excursion (e-bike ride and snorkle trip; Zef and Donny were hilarious and kept us all laughing). I honestly cannot wait to come back!!!

Very good resort. The place was clean, the staff was helpful (minus one or two of the workers), the large variety of food was good, the area was very safe, and everything was a walking distance away. Definitely would stay here again.

One of the best beaches in Aruba. The service could be a bit better.

Overall this was a great vacation.
The best part is the beach, the water was crystal clear and the beach well maintained by the staff. Most of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and made me feel appreciated as a customer. There's a Hertz rental desk right in the resort, so we rented an economy car for 2 days so we could visit other beaches in Aruba and snorkel. We also went to a few offsite restaurants - Wilhelmina Restaurant in particular was absolutely amazing, the prices are high there, but the quality of the food and service were perfect. Faro Blanco Restaurant is another good place, amazing views there.
Not so great was the food. Some of it was good, but some was just disgustingly awful. For example, the bacon was undercooked, like it was almost raw - I guess you could say it was "rare" for the most part. The corned beef hash also undercooked, so it was almost soupy in consistency. Had a hotdog, could have been cooked longer, but I guess that's subjective. The cheeseburger was the worst thing I ate, it was WAY overdone, like it had been sitting on the griddle for a couple hours overdone. I had the feeling the cooks really didn't care about the quality of the food they were serving.
The alcohol served seems to be watered down, and some of the bartenders don't seem to care about quality or service either. Hit or miss, most were great, one forgot to serve me and when he did, the drink he made me was awful.
The beach makes up for all the negatives!

Activity and sight seeing was a little expensive. Payment was for everything and when you get to location staff didn't care much about you or how you get there and how you are getting back safe to your resort.

Very nice property and much better food than expected! Terrific views. Pictures on website are deceiving as it shows ocean front views, which we booked, and NO rocks you just walk on the beach. However, our first room had no access to the beach you had a small walk as there were rock barriers. I had to repeatedly state my case to finally get the true oceanfront walk right onto the beach and into the ocean room.
Excellent transportation around the complex. Rather friendly staff but a few who were outright rude (Red Parrott Restaurant).

My room was at the end of the resort and they’re really is no dining or bars in that area. It’s a walk back to the first bar on the beach and more of a walk to the lobby where the main bar and restaurants are located. Although there is carts on the property that will pick you up, you have to call every time you want to go to the lobby which to me is just inconvenient. For this reason alone I would not stay at this resort again. Also, while I was sitting on the beach by the beach bar, I asked three times for someone to come put toilet paper in the ladies room and nobody ever came. That’s just unacceptable.
