About this house rental
The holiday home SchleiZeit impresses with its direct proximity to the Schlei, a breathtaking view of the water and an individual style of furnishing. In this holiday home, the classic country house meets modern zeitgeist and allows time for each other, time for yourself and time to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
The highlight of the three living levels is a studio on the second floor with an adjoining roof terrace and views over the Schlei. There is also insect protection in front of selected windows on all floors.
The light-flooded living and dining area of the holiday home is located on the ground floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow an unobstructed view of the Schlei and passing sailing ships. A wood-burning stove and the home entertainment programme ensure a cosy atmosphere in the darker months of the year. From here you can access the west-facing sun terrace with a wicker beach chair, Weber gas barbecue and guaranteed sunset. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. A guest WC on this floor provides additional comfort.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with water views, one facing the Schlei and one facing the harbour. While the master bedroom on the Schlei side is furnished with a double bed, the two single beds in the second bedroom with an additional TV can be conveniently pushed together. The pleated blackout blinds in both bedrooms also provide thermal insulation. The fully equipped bathroom on this level ensures moments of wellness, as the whirlpool tub also allows an unobstructed view of the Schlei.
One level higher is the studio, an additional living space with a view, a workstation and a comfortable sofa bed for two people. The all-round wellness programme includes a sauna with adjoining shower. The studio's roof terrace perfects the relaxation experience and invites you to sunbathe and enjoy romantic sunsets after a sauna session.
There are two car parking spaces directly in front of the house.
The SchleiZeit holiday home is one half of the house.
We ask for your understanding that some views are impaired, as the development of the site is not yet complete. It is possible that construction work is still taking place near the house. Due to the construction situation, small children should be supervised outside. The rental price is already based on this.
Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to the high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
