- Twin master suites, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms
- Private park, basketball course, trails in the neighborhood
- A few mins walk to the golf course and its Club House/Restaurant
Note: The adjoining property is also available for rent should you need to accommodate a group up to 25 guests, pending on calendar availabilities. Both properties are individually listed on Airbnb.

- Private lakefront backyard with no residence in sight
- Large and flat front yard
- Multiple patio, open-air and covered
Interior:
- 5 bedrooms 4.5 bathroom all with excellent view of the Lake
- An attached suite on the ground level for easy access
- Two kitchens with the main kitchen featuring a gas range
- Indoor/outdoor dining sets with premium BBQ on site
Guest has access to all space, except for the attached one car garage which is used for storage of seasonal items
Important Information:
- Gatherings: A 3-night minimum stay is required for any gatherings or events.
- Late Check-Out: After a 15-minute grace period, a fee of 10% of the daily rate per hour applies. Stays of 10+ hours past check-out will incur a full day's charge.
- Early Check in and other requests: please contact us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
- A 3% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds through Stripe.

7. Garbage: Discard garbage in the correct bins (compost, general, recyclable).

While you are under no obligation, we would greatly appreciate your help with the following tasks:
1. Garbage: Bag the garbage and place it into labeled large bins.
2. Dishes: Sort the dishes and run the dishwasher.
3. BBQ: Clean the BBQ after usage.

1. Reservation Responsibility: The person who made the reservation is responsible for the actions of their group of guests/visitors.

We stayed here celebrating a friends birthday. The space was open and very clean. We would stay here again next time.

This was a beautiful home that we stayed in for my partner's birthday. Well stocked kitchen and lots of room for guests. There was an ensuite unit attached for people who need more space and a downstairs with a pool table. The dock and water was much closer then we expected. So much space and beautiful open concept. Hosts were always available to respond. No issues just bring your own fire wood unless you want to forage for it. Would stay again.
