This 2nd floor (no one above you!) offering features a large shared fully-fenced yard with ample seating & a shared BBQ, outdoor shower, convenient 2 car garage, professionally decorated, gas fireplace, Smart TV's & short walk to amazing local eats! (Maximum occupancy 12, 8 adults max) Note-no A/C in this home, fans are provided. *Note - up to 20 people can be available, inquire with us!
OUR HOME
This professionally decorated home is the perfect beach vacation getaway for up to 12 guests. Off the main front door entry you'll step into the spacious dining & living room that is beautifully decorated with beachy decor, beautiful wood flooring, gas fireplace, plush oversized sofa & sleek Flat Screen Smart TV. Off the living room and dining room is our fully stocked kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances. Off the hallway is a full bathroom with an enclosed shower.
Br #1 features a plush King sized bed, large closet & Smart TV. Br #2 features a Queen sized bed, large closet & office space, perfect for working while on vacation. Br #3 features 2 Queen sized beds & Smart TV. Br #4 features 2 bunk beds, each with a Twin bed over a Full bed, the best space for all of the kiddos! The other hallway bathroom features a tub/shower combo.
The rare 2 car garage is the best place to come back from the beach! There is a half bath in the garage along with a laundry room that has a full sized washer & dryer. As you step into the backyard, there is a full size enclosed outdoor shower to get all of the sand off your body.
EXTERIOR & OTHER FEATURES
Oversized lot that consists of 2 individual detached houses. This offering is in the upstairs back unit which includes a downstairs shared fenced yard that is professionally landscaped with ample patio seating & a shared BBQ. There is an enclosed outdoor shower off the patio. Beach amenities are included as complimentary for our guests including sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards.

“Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to the Ocean, white sandy beaches & famous Tourmaline Surf Park.
Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment on Mission Blvd, Turquoise St, and Garnet Ave. Endless mom & pop shops and fantastic family and fine dine eats, including Oscar's Mexican Seafood, The Fishery, Bareback Burger, Second Nature Eatery & Latitude 32 to name a few. A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Mission Beach, featuring Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and Wavehouse flow rider. Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house!
Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. This is a perfect spot to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer, contact one of our friendly staff today!
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premises without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Wonderful house and location for a group of 8 golfers that played 2 days at Torrey Pines! Plenty of room, very clean, great location. Easy access to Beach, restaurants, bars!

We rented this place for our wedding to stay at with a few people in our wedding party. It was the perfect amount of space and in such a great location.

We found this VRBO to accommodate a family group or 12. It comfortably fit that many. The only part I didn’t realize which could have been my lack of observation was that the whole unit is upstairs. Not that big of a deal. The property was clean. Itvis located so that anywhere you want to go is with in 20 minutes. We highly recommend going to wind and sea beach! It was very nice to have access to towels, beach toys, and chairs!
