Welcome to this brand new white villa which is situated in one of best locations in Marbella – right next to the elegant yacht harbour Puerto Banus at the famous Golden Mile. From the Villa it is just a short stroll of around 200 meters to Marbella’s endless beaches. This lavish luxurious Villa is designed with exclusive interiors and offers wide views all over the elegant surroundings.

It is the ideal place to stay for your next holiday in the best location of Marbella and next to Puerto Banus. It is located just a short walk away from endless Diamond Beach and at the same time embedded in the protected and quiet neighbourhood of Rio Verde. The Villa was decorated by renowned interior architects with great attention to detail and convinces with high end quality materials and elegant décor.
At the entrance of the property you are welcomed by a spacious courtyard which is surrounded by a tropical garden.
Now entering the house from the main door you step into the hall which broadens to an open plan living area which flows into the kitchen and dining area. With its floor to ceiling windows the inner space flows into the outer area and will inspire you with its exciting views to the garden and the pool area. The fully equipped state of the art kitchen invites to explore local recipes and the dining area is a perfect place to enjoy the meals within the cooler months or step out and enjoy al fresco meals during the rest of the year. The ground floor also offers the first bedroom and a bathroom. With the elevator you can easily access the rest of the house – from the bright basement to the sunny roof top terrace.
In the basement you will find a large and spacious living area with a lot of light which opens to the English patio. It offers a private gym area with an extra bathroom and a second kitchen for staff or to host events professionally. A large bedroom with English patio comes along with a large bathroom ensuite and built in wardrobes.
On the first floor you will find another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large open plan windows facing the garden. The impressive Master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom and opens with floor-to-ceiling windows to a large private terrace.
The stunning solarium roof top terrace is one of the best areas to enjoy the mornings or evenings! It offers a Jacuzzi, a large lounge area, a BBQ Table were you can sit and grill together during long evenings and an outdoor kitchen. Enjoy wide views up to the famous Columbus Statue at the harbour of Puerto Banus.
The house is equipped with a state of the art domatic system. There is secure parking space for 2 cars, aircondition and WIFI as well as – in winter – underfloorheating are throughout.
You will reach the beach within a 2 minute walk, several restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes walking distance. With a 15 to 20 minute walk you will reach Puerto Banus or Marbella Club and Puente Romano Hotel.
