This exquisite, new, and contemporary villa is situated in the most prestigious location of Marbella: The Golden Mile; 150m from the best part of the Marbella Golden Mile Promenade and beach!
This Villa has it all for the perfect holidays! Set back (2nd line) from the hustle and bustle, but a stone’s throw from all amenities and with remarkable features such as 5 ensuite bedrooms, a cinema room and a breath-taking roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, jacuzzi and chill-out lounge. This is the perfect choice to come and enjoy the luxurious Marbella lifestyle with your every whim catered for.
The ground floor offers open plan living space with a feature fireplace separating the lounge from the dining and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and looks out to the garden and pool. Large sliding doors give access to the terrace, garden and pool.
The soft toned furnishings, subtle and smooth lines, top of the range fixtures and good use of glass, lighting and natural light provide this villa with a luxurious, spacious and relaxing ambience. The villa has a decent sized garden surrounding the private pool. There is a terrace with an outside lounge and various sunbeds to soak up the Mediterranean sun.
There are 5 double ensuite bedrooms, the Master featuring a natural stone bathtub. There is an additional big terrace on the first floor with lounge furniture and sunbeds.
Downstairs there is the cinema room with a very large flat screen TV and fabulous comfy leather reclining chairs.
This luxury 5-bedroom villa promises to provide an unforgettable holiday experience.
Furthermore, being located right in the middle of the Golden Mile, it is just a short and most enjoyable walk to both Puerto Banús and the old town of Marbella. With that said, it is one of the few places in Marbella where the whole family can do what they want without having to use a car.
Please note that we welcome families and couples only, no groups under 30, and no hen or stag parties. Should you fall outside of this category but wish to book nonetheless, please send us an enquiry detailing a bit more about yourself and the group that you will be travelling with so we can request this for you.
