Welcome to Ocean Escape, just a short scenic stroll along the boardwalk to the beach.This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday home located in the beachside Boardwalk estate is designed to provide the ultimate coastal escape with nearby golf courses, patrolled surf beaches, local dining, walking tracks and the iconic Mount Coolum.
The Boardwalk estate surrounds Wallum Park, a playground sheltered under beautiful fig trees with picnic tables & bench seating.
Each bedroom is equipped with split system air conditioning/heating, ceiling fans, and built-in robes (master within robe), creating a comfortable and inviting place to escape to. The dedicated study offers a quiet space for work or study.

There are markets in every hotspot on the Sunshine Coast.
The Sunshine Coast Collective Markets are located in Coolum at the primary school (School Rd).
Second Sunday of each month. Coolum also hosts Salty Saturdays once a month as well as the Night Markets on Friday's at tickle park.
The famous Eumundi Markets are 20min drive away and happen every Wednesday and Saturday
HIT THE BEACH & LEARN HOW TO SURF
Coolum Beach is well known for great surf breaks. You can either rent a board or take a surfing lesson with one or the local surf schools. Otherwise, you can watch the surfers right along the coastline along the boardwalk or at one of the many lookouts.

Coolum and Peregian Beach have quality boutique shops covering floral, fashion and interiors.
Hastings street in Noosa is only a 30 minute drive away. It is lined with chic boutiques and trendy cafes with the famous Noosa Main Beach at its frontage.
