This wonderful apartment is a welcoming space, ideal for a relaxing getaway with friends and family. Inside, you’ll discover a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room that seamlessly leads to the private balcony. In cooler months, relax on the sofas and savour the stunning views, or enjoy the balcony on warmer days.
The open kitchen is fully equipped for everything from gourmet meals to quick breakfasts. The flexible layout lets you choose whether to dine indoors with those stunning views or outside on the sun-soaked balcony with your morning coffee or evening drink. Whether it’s summer indoor-outdoor living or a cozy winter retreat, this lovely apartment is the perfect beach escape, no matter the weather.
As the day winds down, retreat to one of the three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom, furnished with a superking bed offers a tranquil retreat and benefits from a modern en suite shower room. The second double and twin bedrooms offer a real home from home vibe with both sharing the family bathroom.

Residents have shared access to the communal garden. BBQs are not allowed in this area, and we kindly ask that you respect the noise levels and behaviour to avoid disturbing other residents and those in lower-level apartments. For instructions on accessing this space, please refer to your pre-arrival information, which includes the gate code.

There is only one allocated parking space for the apartment. Additional vehicles must park on Warren Road in front of the building.
GETTING AROUND
Excellent public transport links include a direct rail service to London Paddington with inter-city connections at Newton Abbot. The South Devon Highway gives good access to the vibrant cities of Exeter and Plymouth and the international airport at Exeter provides a gateway to destinations further afield.
Taxi ranks are conveniently located outside the coach and railway stations across the English Riviera. Torbay Taxis operates 365 days a year with six-, seven-, and eight-seater vehicles.
From the end of March until the end of October, regular ferries run between Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham, with a journey time of about 30 minutes. More information is available on the Dartmouth Rail River Company website or the We Ferry website. Daily boat trips also depart from Torquay and Brixham to Dartmouth, with the journey taking about an hour and a half each way.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Torquay is a chic resort town with a distinctly continental feel, catering to a wide range of tastes. For watersports, fishing, and sailing, Torquay offers an excellent selection of beaches. In the evenings, enjoy fine dining, theatre, cinema, and star-studded shows suitable for all ages.
Torquay is also home to some of Devon’s top attractions, including Kents Cavern, the 800-year-old Torre Abbey with its Agatha Christie-inspired Potent Plants Garden, and Babbacombe Model Village. Step back in time as you wander through Cockington’s narrow lanes, a charming village with thatched houses dating back to the 16th century. You can also walk the Agatha Christie Mile and visit sites from her novels.
