Step into the open concept layout flooded with natural light through a large picture window. The main floor has a welcoming living area where you can relax and watch your favorite sports game on the TV with streaming app options.
Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our large kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.
All bedrooms are equipped with luxury bedding and provide the relaxation you need.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom is located upstairs and features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a TV. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed and closet. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a double-sized bed with direct access to the balcony, and closet. The 4th bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed. The 5th bedroom is located downstairs with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Each bedrooms have TVs.
Have a cup of coffee and sit outside on the balcony and terrace while admiring the panoramic views of the surroundings in night and day views.
Enjoy the serene water views from your private pool and hot tub, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Your private oasis boasts breathtaking water views and exclusive boat rental access.
I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 80 Mbps, and 3 free driveway parking spaces are all provided for the guests to use!

Please note: The ring camera and the cameras at the back are not functional at the moment. There are NO security cameras inside the house. We have noise monitoring devices to ensure the noise levels are respectful to the surrounding neighbors.
*Children shall always have adult supervision when in or around the pool or dock area. The home is equipped with door alarms incase a child attempts to open the door or windows leading to the pool.
*Pool Rules: No diving, no running, no glassware or bottles, no swimming without supervision, no swimming when intoxicated, no peeing in the pool, no smoking in the pool.
*No diving off the dock nor swimming in the canal.
Early Check in available for $350
*Pool heating is optional and guests need to pay an additional $100/day.
*Note: The garage is not accessible to guests.
