The Space:
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals for friends and family. Freshen up in one of the 4 full bathrooms before settling in for a relaxing Netflix movie night, or step out to explore the vibrant downtown area just minutes away.

The fourth bedroom features a loft layout that includes an office area and a convertible couch, with an attached bathroom shared with the third bedroom. This space lacks a privacy door and clothing storage, as it is open to foot traffic from guests. It’s well-suited for two children sharing the bed or one adult. The other three bedrooms do offer privacy doors.

Guest Access:
Discover the charm of this two story home, featuring a spacious rear lawn, cozy screened-in yoga spaces, and two beautiful pool areas. Relax on the outdoor furniture or take a refreshing dip in either pool. Access is simple with a door code, and our attentive manager will ensure a smooth check-in. For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with surveillance and on-site security. The house accommodates up to 8 guests (the 8th being a child), and is just a short walk from the beach, where you'll find towels and chairs ready for your use. Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay with us.

For entry to our gated property, all guests, visitors, and children must present a government-issued ID. To maintain safety and a family-friendly environment, access is limited to those on the guest roster. Visitors are welcome but must follow the occupancy limit of 8 and depart by 9 PM. A wristband will be required to be worn during your stay for easy resort access.

Only 1 parking space is available and must park on the covered driveway. Additional spots are possible but contact host for arrangements.

We recommend exploring the area by foot to fully experience the variety of shops and dining options available nearby.

Other Things to Note:
We're pleased to accommodate your little one with amenities like a portable pack-and-play available upon request. The 4th bedroom consists of an office area with a convertible couch in a loft layout with an attached bathroom shared with the 3rd bedroom. There is no privacy door or clothes storage in this space as its open to guests walking thru. Ideal for 2 children to share the bed or 1 adult. The other 3 bedrooms do have privacy doors.
