Located in the heart of Pacific Beach and a 15 minute walk to the beach - this classic beach surf pad has been completely set up to make your stay perfect. Designed to be aesthetically pleasing and setup for business travel, a couples retreat, or friends visiting San Diego. You have the best of both worlds at our home - a central location with easy access to drive to all the hotspots but also a quiet neighborhood where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the world.
We want to ensure that we host the right guests - low maintenance travelers that are respectful to our community and neighborhood.
Below is a quick tour of the property so you have a clear idea of what you’re getting when you book our home. You will walk through a small courtyard behind the main house to our casita.
The space is private to you and provides . The kitchen/bar area has bar seating for four as well as a desk for working. We rarely cook and typically recommend our guests take advantage of the absolutely phenomenal local cuisine that is walking distance to the house.
One of the best parts of living in Pacific Beach is the accessibility to so many different types of food from such vast parts of the world - right at your fingertips. You can have Brazilian acai bowls for breakfast and then sample the local flavors of Thailand for lunch, then finish off the day with high quality Mexican fare for dinner - without having to use your car! Let’s continue our tour into the living spaces.
The bedroom features 1 huge queen-sized bed so it's great for travelers or groups. The living room has a massive sofa and a mounted TV so there's tons of space.
We provide freshly laundered linens and towels. The bedroom has an ensuite tiled shower with sink and commode. We recommend that guests bring their own toiletries sets so that we can keep our cleaning staff and future guests safe. If you need anything - there are convenience stores, pharmacies, and groceries stores less than a 5 minute walk from the home.
You will have access to park a car on the property and street parking is plentiful if you have any additional vehicles.
Thomas Ave is within 11 minutes or 5.3 miles from San Diego Mesa College. It is also near University of San Diego and University of California, San Diego. We have also established a quick guidebook to give you an idea of the distances from all local and major attractions in San Diego.
All timing is dependent on traffic but it should give you an idea of the distances in relation to where you want to go.
