Make your way up four steps and into the stylish kitchen/diner of this welcoming and cosy cottage. This cleverly reversed-level property maximizes the views across the town and towards the estuary by hosting a light and modern living room on the first floor. Up here, a corner sofa, armchair and Smart TV host the setting for a night of buttery popcorn and blockbuster movies. Back downstairs, start celebratory meals or whip up light bites in the contemporary kitchen/diner before gathering around the breakfast bar. At bedtime, the first and second floors host two wonderfully designed bedrooms, including a small double bedroom, suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children, and a king-size bedroom with scenic views of the river and local church. The gorgeous bathroom sits on the first floor and boasts a rainfall shower and separate bath.
Enjoy your fancy coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine each morning on the enclosed terrace. This is the ideal spot for al fresco breakfasts or a picnic in the sunshine. Parking is a premium in the centre of Fowey but this property has the added advantage of private parking for one car directly outside the property, which is rare.
