Really good for a place while kids are at boardmasters. Nice garden and well provisioned property. 20 minute walk to Padstow has some walking in a busy road and its 20 going in downhill but 30 coming back uphill. An icecream helps there.
House itself has everything you need and nearby Trevonne bay is great for a swim, especially if you walk along the footpath to the little pool thats great for a dip when the tides correct.
Enjiyed it. Its north Cornwall so expect bigger waves.

Great to have secured Sarah’s property for a long weekend over Easter. This little cottage was perfect for what we needed; clean, warm, welcoming of our dogs and Pete to situated for a stroll into Padstow or driving to explore further

We've had a great few days at 'the Pad' in Padstow , thank- you Sarah.... On arrival we were impressed with the tranquil setting and the secure walled garden was perfect for our dog, this was his first break away from home and he settled straight away. The cleanliness of the cottage was excellent and everything maintained immaculately with everything you could possibly need, including cleaning products, Wi fi connection, and the all important phone charger in case you forgot to take your own !
The weather was great for April and allowed for exploring the Cornish coastline.
Padstow is well worth a visit with it's harbour, shops and restaurant's, and very dog friendly.
We visited Port Isaac and enjoyed walks on the beach at Trevone. We will certainly be returning to this beautiful location, our break was short but very relaxing, highly recommended.

My family have just spent 4 nights at the Pad and we had such a lovely time. It’s in a quiet location with a spacious but enclosed outside area perfect for children and dogs. We found the walk to and from town slightly tricky with a toddler as there is no pavement for the first part of the way, but the road is quiet so it wasn’t too much of an issue. The walk back is uphill and took us about 20 minutes (or 15 minutes without the toddler!). The Pad had all of the amenities we needed with lovely comfortable beds and a decent shower. If we ever visit Padstow again we will definitely book to stay here.

Perfect March break!
Our group were staying here and at other Meadow Court properties on our Cornish golf tour. The accommodation was just as described and ideal for us. Very comfortable, and very easy to get around to golf in the day and Padstow in the evening

Very nice property.
Thoroghly enjoyed the stay.
Bit of a steep walk up from the town if you're not very mobile, but we found it no problem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this small but perfectly formed properly. There was a small walled garden for the dog and all the amenities you needed for a break away. It was 3 minutes drive to Padstow and 10 minutes drive from a host of beaches.
It was clean and a great base to be in. There are neighbouring houses but couldn’t hear a thing. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Padstow
Good quality, high end self catering. Kitchen equipment was excellent. Sharp knives, lots of pans etc, tin and bottle openers that worked!
Warm, clean with fresh decor. Good value, a great base for walks as well as visits to local towns.

Surprise Holiday
I came to the Pad with my girlfriend for a surprise birthday present and she was very pleased with our stay. We both loved our time in Padstow and had everything we needed in the property. It was very cosy and we will be recommending it to friends and family.

The Fisher's second stay at The Pad @Padstow
We have just enjoyed our second stay at The Pad, this time for two weeks. On arrival The Pad was impeccably clean and tidy, it's quiet location is relaxing and the Pad has a lovely homely feel to it. The Pad has everything you need from Kitchen utensils / cooking facilities to local maps in the cupboard to help you make the most of your stay in Cornwall.
We particularly love Treyarnon beach close by which has a delightful coved beach with super surfing and rock pools along with toilet facilities and refreshment vans offering a variety of food, hot and cold drinks and ice creams including dairy free.
Thanks for the complimentary wine and biscuits! I'm sure we'll be back again, super location and facilities.

Lovely holiday home.
The property was clean and tidy on arrival. The bottle of wine and shortbread waiting for us were enjoyed thank you 😋. Everything you could need on a self catering holiday was there. Truely "Homeaway"! A beautiful base to come back to after a busy day exploring or just to rest for the day.
The location is beautiful with fields surrounding and very quiet along a small country lane. It's a 10 min walk to Padstow harbour area and 20-25 minute walk to Trevone bay...beautiful. All neighbours were quiet.
Prior to the holiday we contacted Sarah who answered our questions promptly.
Sarah contacted us after the holiday to advise that the £50 deposit would be returned (as we had left the holiday home clean and tidy): the first owner (of many properties we have rented before) to ever do that...thank you😊.
We will highly recommend this holiday home to any family and friends who may visit Cornwall in the future.
Thank you Sarah!

Beautiful cottage in quiet country location and still close to everything you need.
Beautiful cottage in the countryside with great views. Cottage is very well equipped with everything you could need. I don’t think there is anything not thought of! Located close enough to Padstow that you can walk. You may need a taxi back as the hill is pretty steep! Also great location to explore the rest of the coast. We had a great short break and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. Hopefully we will be back in the not too distant future. Booking was quick, easy and no fuss! Thanks for having us.

" Perfect long week-end "
The Pad was a very welcoming cottage for our short visit to Padstow. All was well equipped and spotlessly clean, the garden and grounds were great for us and our dogs. We would recommend to others to pay a visit, as we will return again ourselves for sure.

Very comfortable and cosy cottage
The Pad is a really lovely cottage which makes a great place to stay and explore Cornwall. It is situated only a mile from Padstow and a few minutes from Trevone bay the nearest beach. It is very quiet with parking in a courtyard outside the property. The downstairs kitchen/lounge are fitted out with everything you need for a holiday - a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable lounge area with large sofa and TV. We were more than comfortable eating in and staying in for the evening as there is everything you need. The 2 bedrooms are large enough for a holiday stay with nicely decorated bathroom. The Pad has obviously been well maintained and looks spotless and new. It is a very light and lovely and warm , which is great for a winter break. A small hallway as you enter means you have no worries about walking in with wet coats and boots, plenty of space to leave your wet clothes . It was easy to book, easy to find and I would definitely recommend to friends for a stay in Cornwall.

Cute Comfy Cottage
This cute little pad is just beautiful. It is extremely clean and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location of the cottage is just perfect. Tesco's is just two minutes away and Padstow is just a mile away, which allows for a lovely stroll meaning you can leave the car and not have to worry about parking. Padstow itself is so pretty and definitely worth a visit. We took our dogs with us, Padstow is very dog friendly. The Pad has an outside area where our dogs could play and enjoy the fresh air, in fact the surrounding cottages all had dogs too so they all made friends across the walls. We visited Rock which is also stunning and enjoyed many coastal and beautiful beach walks. This cottage is suitable for a small family, a romantic break, a four legged friend holiday or a friends get away. I will definitely be re-booking.

Beautifully maintained and equiped cottage.
The Pad is ideally located close to the beach and the town centre of Padstow. It is well maintained and equipped and easily accommodated a family of four. Sarah was very organised and efficient, when arranging the holiday details. We had a lovely holiday and would not hesitate in recommending it to family and friends.

A lovely week at The Pad
All we could ask for: a clean, well equipped cottage in a lovely, quiet location. It's just a little out of Padstow so be prepared for a bit of a walk to the quay and harbour, but its location benefits from being next to beautiful open farm land and big skies, close to the Tesco on the outskirts of Padstow and also closer to some lovely beaches, notably Trevone and Treyarnon Bay.
The cottage itself has a nice open plan feel downstairs with better than usual equipped kitchen. The all important WIFI was excellent and importantly Sarah's communication and attention to detail was commendable. Thank you for the biscuits and wine and for a great week.

Perfect place to stay for family of 2-4
We found this property to be absolutely delightful...decorated very tastefully and done to a really high standard and everything inside the pad was very good quality. The Pad had everything we could possibly need and more to make it feel like home. There was also great information inside about where everything was and how to use it etc...plus instruction manuals for each appliance.
Location wise this cottage is idyllic, stunning veiws across fields and you literally feel like you are in the middle of nowhere yet there are plenty of places within a 2, 5 and 10 minute drive away weather it be beautiful beaches, little towns, country pubs or if you want a slightly more built up commercialised town you have St Austel or Newquay just 12- 15 miles ( 30 min drive) away.
I would highly recommend this property as even at high season we found it really good value for money and wouldn't hesitate in booking it again if we return to the area.
