It was awesome. Very convenient and friendly staff.

No breakfast included

Only 2x water bottles provided, had to purchase from downstairs.

All in all the hotel was good. We had a lovely time.

The spa bath was a bonus. The layout off the room was good with a stone topped bar table in the middle, which served as a bit of a coffee table. The bed was massive, which was great.

We had to pay $20 for parking upon arrival, which we thought was included in the price of the room. The shower was extremely noisy, I think they had a problem with their pipes. The bed sheets had been started and bleached many times so it was a bit like sleeping in paper sheets.

Great location, spa bath was lovely, room was clean and beds were comfortable

Only issue we had was tv remote wasn’t working!

you get charge for everything :( maybe I just got a high expectation as from another hotel they gave us such a nice welcome as we are on our honeymoon. They didnt even give us a nice view and the pipes in the bathroom was really noisy and gives high water pressure-

We needed a much needed weekend away from our family & we need to just relax & that we sure did.

Staff were amazing when we checked in & checked out such an easy process with no problems at all. Hotel suite was more than amazing spa bath was amazing & the view was amazing. I would recommend the Oaks for any family or friends.

Nice family stay.

Clean and tidy apartment. Attractive outdoor pool and spa area with heated pool and spa. Onsite parking was cheap. Staff were absolutely wonderful.

Booked for 3 but the room was made for 2. Much smaller room than we were accustomed to having but nice. Possibly time for a revamp of the facility. Outdoor hot tub was nice but bubbles not working.

overall the staff were fantastic and the room was perfect for my needs.

it had everything I needed.

Areas were a little old and run down in some places. much of the woodwork was showing it’s age through wear and tear. the metal floor entering the elevator was dangerously damaged.

We slept well every day in our cozy room.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping us with our stay. Our room is clean and comfortable. Very good access to the beach and streetcar station.

I couldn't take a bath for one day because of a water problem.

Someone kept connecting their phone to our TV and playing porn I never got a call like I was told I would from the management team. I am disappointed as it ruined our experience last weekend. I didn't pay $640 to have someone constantly connecting their phone to our TV and playing porn all day throughout Saturday, and all night Saturday night til 4am I was told the staff would inform the management and I would get a call Monday, im yet to still receive a call about all of this. I would like a refund or some sort of resolution for this situation as again, it ruined our experience

it was good - would recommend to others but I would hope that my feedback is taken into consideration

location, staff, pool, room, & bed was comfy!

I liked the pool, although should keep an eye on guests and what they do down st the pool. there was a couple displaying some pretty disgusting behaviour down their that would go against policies and health regulations. room was nice, but was annoying to hear the toilet running 24/7. not enough cooking utensils supplied and the fridge did not keep food frozen so my food was wasted.

the view of the beach .safe parking. helpful desk staff (quickly sorted our problem.)

older bathrooms and food cooking smell in our room from adjacent rooms. the whole landing smelt right from leaving the lift .

Great stay except for poor room cleaning/ service and shockingly slow internet

Location was excellent with a tram stop right out in front. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Poor wifi signal. Room wasn’t cleaned, in fact a coffee cup ring was still there after the room was cleaned - my partner was never going to get in the spa!!!
