Disappointed

The location

Marriott should allow they use their brand in this hotel Room size and bed was good Pillows no good Bathroom floods on every shower Housekeeping was no good Very expensive breakfast

Sin el incidente de la bañera la estancia habría sido simplemente perfecta.

La alberca y gym son lo mejor del hotel, seguido de la ubicación. Sólo volví por eso. Es bellísima.

Todo hubiese sido un cuento de hadas de no ser porque el agua de la tina de baño se sale toda y lo que debía ser un baño placentero terminó en un estrés horrible de que esté todo el piso del baño mojado y para colmo con el agua que se enfría rapidito por el clima, a pesar de la calefacción. Eso se cargó la noche que había sido maravillosa.

Ubicación y piscina.

Baño, tapa inodoro se viene envima cuando te sientas, porque no es apropiada para un wc con mochila. Toallas limpias pero con manchas.

Very disappointing. Probably the worst service I have experienced as long as I can remember for a hotel of this standard

The Service was terrible Started with having to wait over an hour after the check in time because the rooms weren’t ready. We had booked a top suite to get priority treatment Restaurant tried to overcharge us for wine on our first night and got our order wrong in the bar on the second night. Manager just defended his staff. There are better options for a hotel of this standard.

Mi estancia fue breve

El internet, la tv y el personal que es amable.

Para empezar cuando entras al lobby ves que es todo lindo y piensas que las habitaciones serán igual pero cuando subes y entras a la habitación te das cuenta que no es así, son de estilo muy antiguo, las camas son de resorte super incomodas porque se sienten, las llaves del lavamanos y la ducha son antiguas y casi que se me quedan en las manos, y si ves detalladamente los bordes donde sale el agua del bidet esta verde al igual que el de la bañera por eso ni los use. Para ser un hotel 5 estrellas y de la cadena de los marriott en buenos aires es puro nombre, a mi por lo menos no me gusto, quizás habrán personas que si les guste, todo es cuestión de gustos 🤷🏻‍♀️ Por otro lado, el hotel pide una tarjeta de credito para cargar un cobro como garantía, lo cual es devuelto en aproximadamente 10 días habiles luego de entregar la habitacion.

Exceptional staff, comfortable rooms and common spaces, great location.

Customer service was excellent, everyone was polite, helpful, and quick; always going the extra mile to make you feel taken care of. Location is great, and so is the view. Breakfast was great, quality, quantity, and variety of the food -they even have a gluten-free section- really comfortable chairs, quiet space to relax as you eat. The pool was a beautiful calm space, with soft lights and music. The entire experience was all-in-all a smooth and relaxing one, and it's definitely the staff that made it feel that way.

First suggestion would be extending opening hours for the pool, it'd been nice to be able to enjoy it a bit more. I was visiting as a tourist, long walks and such, and I didn't want to miss on the city during the evening (safety is a concern later at night), but it wasn't a turn-off either, just something that I'd enjoyed. The second thing I'd suggest, easier and more important, would be making sure to have enough quality complementary hot drinks in the rooms, and ceramic cups. After a long day, all one wants to do is take a shower and have a nice cup of coffee, or tea. Coffee and tea in the room were not good quality brands -as they are in the breakfast launge- nor enough for two people. After the first night, they didn't replace any of it; not the coffee, tea, or paper cups. I did get cups from a memeber of the staff downstairs (again, amazing, polite, and fast), but I had to go out and buy coffee and sugar. I didn't ask for it, because I didn't want to inconvenience the restaurant waitress any further, I'm sure she'd provide them if I had, but obviously it wasn't ideal that I had to go out of the room as soon as I got there, tired as I was.

Would not go back there again.

Shower smaller than the one in my RV. Coffee maker didn't work. No USB outlets and plugs kept falling out of regular outlets. Lamp had a short in the cord so you had to place it just right. Towels were very rough. Hours posted on restaurants were not accurate, closed most of the time. When open service very poor.

the hot water is too hot and needs thermostatic controls. No dressing table as such, television where mirror should be. Electric sockets too low, need to be at counter height. Breakfast food cold.
