L’emplacement, la literie, le personnel et le jardin.

Exceptional!

Great small hotel! Excellent location- just few steps from Duomo, in the old city. Even though it is loud outside, it is still quiet enogh with good windows to sleep well. Breaksfast room beautiful, selection of food good.

Could not get cappucino at breakfast (only from a good general machine). But overall, all was great!

Posizione centralissima

Struttura antica, tipica di Firenze, proprio di fronte le cappelle medicee. Stanze attrezzate di tutto, perfino con rifornimento gratuito di due bottigliette d’acqua al giorno (eravamo in due). Personale simpaticissimo, accogliente e disponibile, sia alla Hall che in sala per la colazione. Colazione ottima e abbastanza fornita. Rapporto qualità/prezzo 10 per una posizione del genere a neanche 2 minuti a piedi da piazza di Santa Maria del Fiore. Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo, torneremo.

Nel bagno della camera dovrebbero essere eseguiti alcuni lavori di manutenzione, infatti lo scarico del water e la vasca da bagno avevano delle perdite. La camera poteva essere un po’ più pulita ma non si può dire fosse sporca.

breakfast time was late - usually hotels start breakfast from 6:30am but this hotel started at 7:30am so i missed two days as I had early morning starts so couldnt enjoy this service

Una ubicación excelente, en pleno centro, a tan solo 4 minutos andando de la Plaza del Duomo. La cama era comodísima. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte

Lo que menos… el desayuno era muy escaso. Cierto que tenían dulce y salado pero sin opción a escoger entre ellos. De dulce, solo tenían cruasán (chocolate o normal) y salado (embutido) jamón dulce y queso. De platos calientes solo tenían huevos duros. No había beicon, ni huevos a la plancha etc para dos días está bien, pero nosotros que estuvimos 4 días, los últimos días ya ni desayunábamos porque se nos hacía muy repetitivo. Es solo un aspecto a mejorar porque el hotel estaba perfecto!!

Recommended would definitely stay again

Fantastic location surrounding by bars restaurants and sights. Comfortable quiet rooms great breakfast wonderful staff (especially Ursula and the smiling breakfast ladies)Public courtyard and lounge with comfy leather seats to sit and read.

Tge bathroom is a little snug in the single rooms but manageable

Our lovely stay in Florence.

It’s a very beautiful old palace well conserved. Everything was clean and tidy. The garden and lounge are breathtaking.

The bathroom is quite small, and the breakfast was a little poor, just bread and ham and cheese. Nothing cooked. We have stayed in other Italian hotels and they offer more cooked options.

Very nice and Friendly stuff. Near the train station. Amazing breakfast options. Clean room.

Aircon was not working properly. I’m not sure if this is a thing in Italy where they pre-set the aircon temperature so electricity rate doesn’t get too high. We couldn’t sleep well due to this issue. Explained this to reception, however.. didn’t get sorted.

Great breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking the Medici Chapel. Located in the middle of Centro storico but quiet room.

One of those small cupboard-like bathrooms you get in Italian hotels sometimes. When you sit on the toilet the sink is in your lap. But all very clean.

Great staff and breakfast, but my room was a bit too close to the breakfast room so it was noisy early in the morning.

Very happy with the stay - will come back if I visit florence again.

Beautiful property with period features. The staff was excellent. The rooms do need Eu plug points. I panicked as I had Eu compliant plug points -but wont fit as was the 3 point plug point. The receptionist provided me with a conversion plugpoint that saved the day.

the breakfast - was very underwhelming. There was only boiled egg for non meat eaters like myself. So only had to eat bread everyday for breakfast. Just having some fried, poached versions of egg would have provided so much more options.

The accommodative spirit of all the staffs. Would be nice to have tea and coffee with a kettle in the room. Nevertheless I feel like home during my 1 night stay.

Brilliant

Perfect location for seeing all of the sites, 5 minutes from the train station, lots of choices to eat and drink. Hotel was spotless and the staff were very helpful. Would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to visit Florence. Take the tram from Florence airport it’s quick and only 1euro 50 to the centre.
