This unique property is located facing the pristine coast of Marsaskala with breath-taking views of the sea. This seven-bedroom, brand new, contemporary villa has been designed around an ambitious project – a goal to create a luxury property set on a unique area with direct access to the beach.
This villa features cutting-edge design, including a mixture of clean, crisp lines, minimalist décor, and prestigious materials, which combine to produce a natural flow between the outdoor and indoor areas of the property. The ground floor of this property has been transformed into a space fit for repose, a true relaxation haven. Large glass doors blur the lines between outside and inside, inviting those indoors to the breath-taking pool deck overlooking the sea. The pool itself beckons you to take a dip, boasting a Zen-like waterfall and awe-inducing infinity edges, making you feel like you are truly in paradise. The view from the pool and the pool deck is spectacular; the twinkling Mediterranean Sea opens up beneath you. The sun-drenched deck offers al fresco dining facilities, as well as sun loungers which enable you to fully relax with the beautiful sea as your back drop.
The ground floor itself is made up of a large open plan kitchen, dining & living area. These areas combine harmoniously to provide a peaceful ambiance boasting spectacular views of the sea. Well, what can I say, this villa is just utterly beautiful, amazing, so spacious (way bigger than I thought!) and just perfect for a group of family or friends! We had the best time and can’t thank the team who run this villa enough! Amanda the host is great, so helpful and the team who helped us with all the services were incredible, Brenda is wonderful and so helpful, they all made our stay magical!
The private chefs we had arranged by the hosts were fantastic, Sean was lovely, the food was amazing, the service was fantastic and overall just a wonderful evening for all 16 of us, so huge thank you to Sean and the team for arranging this all for us!
We are already looking to book again!

Stayed for my 60th birthday celebrations and had a wonderful time. The villa is stunning in stunning surroundings. We hired a chef to cook dinner which was gorgeous a lovely treat.

The Villa is huge and is great located. Everything was clean. Some rooms have a bit high humidity.
The terasse is stunning!
Only some Chlor tabs for the Whirlpool would be great because after two days using it, the water smells disgusting.

The stay was truly wonderful and relaxing all in one. The villa is simply fantastic and perfect for 8 people. Everyone can do as they please there, as there is plenty of space and various options for activities to enjoy your time on-site. Whether it's listening to the sound of the sea and watching the waves, playing table tennis, or using the sauna and the whirlpool, everything is possible within the comfort of your own four walls. It's truly amazing being so close to the sea. The rooms were all beautifully and warmly decorated, and the villa was really clean. The location allows easy access to various places by car with short distances. So, all in all, it was the perfect stay and perfect for a group of several people! We would love to come back again and again!

A group of 17 friends stayed at this gorgeous villa for 4 nights and it totally exceeded our expectations! The pictures just don't even do it justice - it really has the wow factor with its palacial architecture and it's the gift that keeps on giving. There's so much space for entertaining and we never felt like were too overcrowded in any of the social areas.
The kitchen is superbly kitted out with everything you need to host a group dinner party and the pièce de résistance is undoubetdly the basement which boasts an incredible games area.
Amanda and Arvin were excellent hosts and were always available to support with our endless queiries, in a very timely and responsive manner.
This villa stay is an absolute MUST, you will not regret it.

The home is beautiful with access to the beach, amazing poolside lounging, a beautiful open floor plan, comfortable bedrooms and baths and the game room / spa space that is un-matched. I would encourage everyone to stay here.

This beautiful dvilla by far exceeded everyone’s expectations. From the airport pick to our departure one week later everything went extremely smoothly.
If you want to stay in one of THE best properties in Malta then this it. With its unprecedented access to a rocky beach and a clear blue sea just yards away then this is for you. Shops are nearby as is bus access and the property has a large garage space.
Outdoor barbecue area, beautiful pool, steam room, jacuzzi, table tennis and pool all added to the fun.

Beautiful villa right on the seafront. Spacious with so much to enjoy. Hired private chef for family pre-wedding dinner -awesome. Great location to attractions. Host co-ordinated check in and check out with our son (the groom) who was already in Malta. A fabulous experience for everyone!!!

An amazing house for the 12 of us. Plenty of space to spread out. Great kitchen. Wonderful outdoor space. We used Njoy to coordinate airport transfers, private chef, and excursions. Everything went as planned. Loved every minute of the week!

This property is a wonderful oasis by the sea, which far exceeded all expectations. Everything about the property is amazing, starting with the ocean view, the gorgeous deck with pool and waterfall, beautifully designed kitchen and dining area, the comfortable well-appointed rooms, the endless entertainment options, hot tub, steam bath and large private garage. We loved our stay here, and were truly sad to leave. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is a superb villa, clean, well located and has tons of enjoyment to offer. Sauna, hot tob, pool table, gym, private pool... you name it!!! All is there!

What a great villa, supermarket and mini market both walking distance, however the man at the supermarket did drop us and the shopping back in his van! Which was fun! Thank you Amanda and a big thank you to Brenda from Njoy team who was only a WhatsApp away for all our taxi trips! We all Definitely can’t wait to return!

Our group of 12 people had an absolute blast at the property. I do not think you can ask for a better property to say at anywhere and exceeded all of our imagination.
The property was very clean and our host Amanda did so much for us. The outside area is absolutely fantastic with a very large pool and so much space inside. The games room, hot tub area and everything in the house was well used and everyone had a lovely stay.
We also organised a dinner through the Njoy Malta team which was absolutely fantastic and if they get in contact do make sure you use them for some of your activities.
I really hope we can return at some point to this wonderful property.

Our group of eight people (4 adults and 4 teenagers) loved staying at this amazing home. It is a huge home with the most beautiful views of the sea. The outdoor area is spectacular with a very large pool. The bedrooms are all very spacious. The game room was a fun area for both the adults and teenagers to hang out. There are restaurants and markets in walking distance to the house. It was also very easy to get an Uber to Valletta. We have stayed at many VRBO homes and I can say this was absolutely one of the best homes we have stayed in.

We had Njoy Malta to arrange all of our local transfers for 12 adults and Gozo activity, they were awesome! One evening, we hired a private chef to cook us a fabulous dinner. I wish I could have booked him for remaining evenings. I recommend that you book with Matthew Attard far in advance.
Note that it’s a self catering villa so use Bolt food app to get your basic necessities and groceries. There is a convenient store1.5 blocks away and grocery store within a walking distance.

Perfect in every way
A fabulous villa that is excellently positioned immediately in front on the sea and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Marsascala. The villa is very well equipped and the height of luxury. The cave spa and games room were well used and although we didn’t use it, the gym was also well equipped.

Had an amazing family holiday here with 19 of us ranging from ages 3 -80. The villa caters for everyone. Great location with access to the sea it is simply beautiful.

Five Luxurious Days for the Family
A delightful 5days at Mahi Mahi. All 8 of us found it extremely comfortable and well equipped. The location was ideal with several family outings to the local village and to Marsaxlokk for meals etc. The pool was a great way to beat the very hot weather. The minor leak which appeared was fixed by the maintenance chap in double-quick time.
Overall, a super holiday and great help from Amanda from booking to departure.

Amazing beach villa for familiy events
I don`t know with what to start in describing this amazing villa . The location, the villa itself is just perfect . We organized our wedding with a small group of family and friends and Amanda the host was more then willing to help us . Sparkling clean , spacious and with amazing sea view made us and our relatives more then happy that we choose this as our wedding venue.

Nicest villa we’ve stayed in!
13 of us spent a week in villa mahi mahi for our wedding last week. It was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, spacious, unbelievable views out to the sea. There was something to do for everyone the boys loved the games room with pool table and the girls loved the hot tub in the spa. All the rooms are a decent size and most have their own bathroom.
Amanda went above and beyond for us, we didn’t land till 10:30pm so she had got food and water in for us arriving as we requested and if we needed to get a large taxi anywhere she organised this for us and she prepaid and it billed us for it later which was helpful.
We hope to be back to celebrate an anniversary In the future!

Best Holiday Home!
This is hands down “the best” home we have ever stayed at. The house is amazing. It’s so much better than the photos. The entire family will love it and never want to leave. Our family of 7 felt like we only half filled the rooms. The spa, the Turkish Bath (steamroom), the games rooms, the pool, the ocean view ...wow wow wow wow wow ..... amazing! So many bedrooms, so many bathrooms, the underground garage (we parked our 9 seater minibus in there with plenty of room to spare). Our host Amanda is the most lovely, friendly, accommodating person. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing Villa! Not to be Missed!!!
I will reiterate what many have said in their recommendations - this property is amazing and not to be missed! The villa provides a wealth of facilities to enjoy - from the steam room to the pool to the pool to the game room to the audio visual equipment - it was all amazing and appreciated. Amanda was extremely responsive to questions and requests and for recommendations truly made the trip. By all means, consider having the house chef come in to prepare at least one meal, if not more. Chef Dario prepared two amazing dinners for us, one very special 60th birthday dinner for my sister. It was an amazing experience!! Another recommendation for a day long private cruise to Comino Island provided an experience that was unparalleled and that we will not forget. The location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to charming waterfront town of Marsaskala, a short 10 min drive to fishing and market harbour of Marsaxlokk and only 20-25 min drive to airport and Valletta. There is also a bus stop right outside of the Villa and ecabs are also an option. The pics in the site do not do the house justice. It is an amazing property and there are no words for the view out the back of the house and off the back pool and patio area. Highly highly recommend! Thanks Amanda for everything!!!

Amazing villa
We wanted an accomodation where the whole family can be together as we organised our wedding in Malta. This property was honestly the best choice, as this villa is absolutely amazing. We loved the elegant, modern and beautiful living room as well as the bedrooms. The outside area and the view to the sea is truly breath-taking. We had everything for a relaxed holiday, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, games room. I can say that our „big day” was as perfect as we dreamt. We had also a nice and cosy wedding dinner in the villa.
Special thanks to Amanda. She is one of the best host I have ever met, very helpful and responded all the e-mails within some minutes.
It was a fantastic holiday with our family. I highly recommend this villa!

We absolutely loved our villa.
This was our best family holiday ever, the villa is out of this world. Wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms, amazing kitchen and living space, games room card table, darts board, pool table, jacuzzi Turkish bath. Swimming pool then a few steps down to the sea where we snorkel of the rocks fantastic. Loads of sun loungers , BBQ large table and chairs for the family to eat . There are many more things to do, our family ranged from 7 to 71. So with all of these things wi fi games and everything I can honestly say I never heard the” I'm bored “saying all week.
If I had to say anything, we would have liked a safe for passports and valuables. And more sets of keys , as we were out st different times and more keys would be handy.

A elegant, spacious and beautifully designed Villa
We had a lovely holiday in this impressive villa. The outside area and view were spectacular and perfect for all 10 of us. The pool was warm with fun features for little ones and a good depth for larger ones. We enjoyed the open-plan living area – comfortable, elegant, practical and very sociable. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms plentiful. The sea is well worth a snorkel session and we did enjoy the games room.
Tips: We love trying new restaurants and found a few almost OK ones by the harbour. (Do avoid Legends in St Thomas’ Bay – expensive and inedible.) Buy any floating toys before you come – we couldn’t find much here. Taxis from the airport will only carry 4 people and cost a standard 20 euros. The queue to collect our Goldcar rental was 4 hours long and involved a fight, the police and a broken down printer. Other rentals were much less busy. Convenience stores are pricey. Mind out for the occasional jellyfish. All in all a great place to holiday!
Amanda always replies to emails and phone calls promptly. One of us tossed a house key onto the car dashboard and it disappeared down into the vents. Amanda responded with a replacement key immediately. Thank you, Amanda.
