We stayed in the summer. The expansive deck got tons of use. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The layout of the downstairs is kind of screwy; you go through the bunk room, thru the downstairs bedroom, then you reach the downstairs kitchen and family room.

This place was great. There were sixteen of us, our kids, spouses and grandkids and everyone had a bed. The deck was great and so was the hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of table room for dining. The place was very clean and plenty of towels and washing machines.

Very easy! Great floor plan! Great stay.

A great mountain getaway
Property was well stocked, clean, and had more than we could have hoped for.

The larger the house the more likely cleaning is compromised. I get it. But for the amount of money being spent to rent the house itself as well as the steep fees (including cleaning), I feel like this could be stepped up. We are a family who normally removes shoes upon entering any home but when socks turn brown from the floor…..shoes were then worn inside. Carpet upstairs is in desperate need of shampooing or replaced.
The space is nice and view from the deck is amazing. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Garage use was appreciated but the driveway is super dangerous when multiple cars are parked there. Maybe some poles for guidance at the sides of the driveway? If you don’t clear it your car is done.

Other than one bedroom upstairs, this house is absolutely amazing! They had had a bad group before us, so the one bedroom wasn't cleaned as well as I know it usually is. I would recommend this property - highly!!

Stayed for a long weekend for a reunion with some of my high school buddies. The house was awesome, very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and great living room couch to hang out on. The deck and the views were beautiful and we spent most of our time out there grilling.

This home can hold a lot of people with plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful views from the deck and outdoor hot tub. Great bonus living room space in the basement for people to hang out. Right on the shuttle route to get you into town and skiing.

Fourteen people, four adult couples and six kids. My search for a house in Breck for our family retreat needed four private rooms and enough bathrooms to handle the crowd. The house was perfect! Plenty of room to sit and talk or get away for a short nap. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped. We loved the huge hot tub. And it's just a short hop to everything in Breckenridge. Couldn't have been better.

Great Location. Plenty of Space
We were able to walk downtown in the middle of February or walk 200ft to a free bus pick up. Location couldn't have been better. The house has many levels and different hangout areas, back deck and hot tub areas were awesome. 5 stars, I'll be back to rent again!!

This was our second stay here for our annual ski trip and we loved it! Convenient to the shuttle. Several visits from moose and raccoons. Lots of space to all eat together or to go to separate areas.

Great time
Had a great time with a great location. Very comfortable for all.

The property was great and I would stay there again. I think it would be helpful in the check-in confirmation email if it would state to read the welcome binder at the property, which contained more than the niceties of area recommendations or simple information. I attempted to contact the owners through email, as it stated in the email confirmation to do, for some simple questions, and I didn't receive a reply. On the last day, I looked over the binder and not only found the answers to my questions but also instructions to CALL the owners or the property manage for any questions or concerns. Also, I assumed the pull-out couch was in the public area, not in another bedroom. But these are minor things compared to the location and beauty of the space. We had all of the amenities we needed at the home and enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation
The house was great. The views spectacular. Grandsons loved access to bike riding. We truly enjoyed our time in this house. And we were able to bring our pets. There were 7 of us plus the two pets.

Great Mountain House
4 families, 18 people, 5 great days in August 2019. There was plenty of space. The giant dining room table was great for big group dinners. Kitchen well-stocked with coffee-filters, spices, paper-towels, etc. Extra fridge/freezer in garage was helpful with big group. Quiet neighborhood. 1 mile walk to town. It was all good!

Great property that really fit our needs (8 adults 8 kids). Roomy, clean, and very comfortable.

Perfect family getaway!
We took our 3 daughters, their husbands and children to Breckenridge. The home had plenty of room for everyone and a wonderful kitchen and deck where we grilled most evenings. It was close to town and just the perfect home for us. We will be booking it again!

Amazing Vacation Stay!
We had a family reunion that was amazing! Our stay was wonderful - the property was the right size, offered close proximity to lots of activities and was clean and well stocked! We are already planning our next trip!

Lovely home away from home
This home was perfect for 6 adults and 9 kids ranging in age from 5-13. The dining table was great for us all to eat together. The living spaces were just the right size for us all to gather.

Beautiful property w/ amazing views and amenities!
Highly recommend this property for your next Breckenridge getaway! The house had everything we needed to entertain our group and keep everyone comfortable. Each evening, we enjoyed beautiful views of the fall foliage on the deck and even saw a moose and fox pass through! The hot tub was a great addition for a night time or early morning soak. Although we went into town for lunch and a hike during the day, we found that we actually preferred to bring back food to the house to enjoy the space rather than going out to eat! We hope that one day we can come back in the winter and utilize it for ski season too.

Wonderful home with everything you need for a big family or group
We had a wonderful girls weekend at the house! The big kitchen was perfect for cooking, the beds were really comfortable, and the living spaces were perfect. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great family vacation
Great property for summer vacation. We had 9 adults and there was ample room for all. The downstairs could actually be a separate apartment with a bunk room with room for up to 7 plus a separate 'master bedroom', kitchenette with full fridge, washer/dryer, full bath, and a family room with TV/couch. Perfect for older kids or young adults. 1st floor has large dining room -- great for family dinners -- plus kitchen and large family room that opens to great deck. Kitchen was very well equipped with everthing we needed to cook several large meals, coffee maker, and wine fridge. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms -- all with king or queen size beds, master bath and another full bath plus another washer/dryer.
Whole house was very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to downtown Breck or you can take free bus. Ample parking for 3 cars. Overall, highly recommended.

Excellent Location, Spacious Accommodations, Attention to Details
We were lucky to have Spring Break schedules and other availability among people from 5 locations. 2 groups were local Colorado drivers and 3 groups flew in from East Coast and Chicago. It was worth the drive and the flights for all. We had plenty of room for sleeping and it was notable that this house has 4 bathrooms. Laundry both upstairs and downstairs allowed us to pack sparingly - important because the local drivers handled getting air travelers back to Denver International Airport. The Hot Tub was conveniently located and it turned out to be one of the most relaxing I've ever been in. The different seats have different jet patterns - there is one that feels like you are getting a deep back muscle massage when the jets are on high. It literally rocks you back and forth! Lots of little things that add up. Owner and local support team clearly know how to create the total package. For example, a spare Propane tank in the garage, plenty of hooks for skis, boards, gear in the garage, adequate towels including separate stock for the hot tub, two kitchens with 2 refrigerators plus the wine/beer fridge. We also had snow 3 nights while we were there - and the driveway got cleared as well as the decks. Didn't have to call anybody - just got done. Plenty of toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, etc. Nothing lacking in the kitchen for cooking or handling a larger crowd wrt plates, silverware, etc. I will also say we were pleasantly surprised about the location of the shuttle bus. The literature stated 200 yards and I've encountered many properties where the location is further away than advertised. Opposite in this case. I didn't measure this, but I'd estimate the distance is more like 100 yards. I HATE walking in Ski Boots - but this walk was no issue at all! Highly recommended.

The home was fantastic, the location, perfect.
The home was perfect for a multigenerational family of eleven. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner's provided great information about the house and area. The location was great, even though we had cars, we still chose to use the town bus quite frequently. The neighbors were great tool.
4.8
Excellent Ski House
The home is gorgeous and in a great location! We found it an easy walk, a quick drive, or a convenient shuttle ride to get to town, but tucked away in a quiet area.
Our group loved the boot warming rack and ample space for gear. Speaking of space, this home has tons of it and I can't say enough about the home's awesome design and decor. Although, not a lot of fans of the pillows in our group. The hot tub was a nice spot to watch fox and deer stroll through the yard, with the cover off providing that splash of privacy to soak after a day of skiing.
The folks running the show make it easy as can be to feel at home here. I definitely recommend, I'd book again.

Great place to stay with large group!!!
We came for a ski trip with four families and kids. Plenty of room for everyone!!! The only suggestion would be to add a sleeper sofa in the downstairs game room and sun shades. The downstairs bunk area was perfect for the teens! Great house and such a fun mountain!!! Loved our spring break. Thank you for sharing!!!

Perfect Group Rental
The house is in great shape and has everything needed for an extended stay. The floor plan works perfectly for large groups. Large kitchen and living room on the main floor, with large adjacent dining room. Would certainly stay here again.
4.8
This beautifully decorated vacation home is perfect for multiple families. The kitchen is well stocked and has brand new appliances and dishes. The bedrooms have plenty of storage space for winter gear and the beds are very comfortable. The family room has plenty of seating for guests to gather. The fireplace makes for a cozy atmosphere. The brand new hot tub is a great place to unwind after a long day on the slopes. Flat screen TVs in all the rooms make for happy kids. So convenient to be able to walk downtown or to the slopes. Oh and they've added boot warmers just inside the garage entrance! The owners have truly thought of everything to make a renter's stay perfect.

This Breck house is well equipped for a great week long vacation that can house 3-4 families. Great location with regards to skiing and downtown access.
The downstairs bunk room can house several people and has its own kitchen area and lounge area.
Multiple laundry locations is a plus during ski season. Well thought out for large groups.
4.8
We were one of the first groups to stay in this property. It appears to have new owners who have completed significant renovations to make it a great multifamily rental. All of the furniture and beds are new. There is a huge farm table in the dinning room that can easily seat your entire crew for meals. The family room has a great mountain view. A new hot tub was being installed during our visit.
When we return to Breck with a big group, We will be looking to see if this home is available
