Beautiful, quiet, yet well located, apartment

Beautiful apartment in centrally located area, only 5 minute walk to the arena. Yet, it was very quiet and felt very safe and secure. Nice having the 2 small balconies to sit out on. Good air conditioning which was much appreciated in the heatwave. Andrea is very welcoming and gave good tips on visiting the area and eating out. Would certainly look to stay here if in Verona again.

Short but amazing stay

For me the most important thing was the location as I came to Verona to see a concert. It is incredibly close to the Arena and the City Centre, less than 5min walk. The apartment was very clean and beautifully renovated and also extremely safe. The location is quiet and pleasant. Parking is at a different location but Andrea was the most amazing and helpful host and guided the whole process. He is extremely hands on and willing to ensure a more than comfortable stay for his guests. He takes a lot of pride in what he does and his English is perfect, in case you are worried about this :)

Probably a washing machine would be a good addition, very useful for longer stays. But I understand that there may not be enough space for one

honestly I liked everything. Appartement was comfortable for two people, very nice equipped, safety, clean and in for us ideal location. Even the building itself was very clean and safety. The host was very friendly, great communication and he even gave us great tips for tasty eating. God bless him!!

Beautifully furnished apartment in great location.

Beautiful apartment in a great location, very easy access to all Verona's attractions & bus stop to Lake Garda. Host met us on arrival & explained everything. Well furnished, everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Opportunity to leave luggage while we continued exploring on the last day was much apprecitated.

Amazing apartment, great location in a beautiful city.

Location was great - easy walking distance to everything. The apartment was so comfortable, private parking at a reasonable price and the host was really lovely. Verona was a great part of our holiday and this apartment helped make everything so special. We will be back!

Well-designed comfortable apartment a short distance from the Verona Arena

This was a really comfortable apartment on a quite street about one block from the old city, and just a little further to the Verona Arena. The terrace was lovely to sit at while having breakfast. Very well thought-out floorplan, and the apartment had everything we needed for a nice stay, up to and including a loaner umbrella. Windows were sound-proof and bed was very comfortable -- best sleep we had in Italy. Host was attentive and suggested restaurants for us to try. Also helped us with a taxi back to the train station. There is a nice fruit and veggy stand just around the corner, with a larger market about a block away. The kitchen is very small with a microwave, two burners, a small fridge, and everything needed for either coffee or tea.

The kitchen is functional and has all of the basics, but if you were going to do your own cooking over a long period of time you'd probably want something bigger.

The host is super friendly and reaches out to you prior to arrival. The place is clean and has all one needs and is very central. It was very nice to find a one-page city map of Verona that has helped us to navigate around. We have used the parking place offered by the host: the parking felt safe and was at a lower rate than the other options.

Most of the places that offer a sofa for sleeping forget to clean under it. Those who sleep on the sofa through the sides get to see all goodies beneath it. It might be not a very good sight.

Highly recommended!

Andrea is a perfect host - very kind, friendly, helpful. He was always available and willing to help. This apartment is a place for the perfectionists :) Shabby chic decor, spacious, very clean, TV with Netflix, 2 air-conditions, fridge and the amazing terrace...you can not ask for more. Bonus is also a private garage - but only suitable for smaller car. Location is great - very close to the Arena and all attractions, many nice restaurants, bars and main shopping area - yet quiet at night.

It was perfect for our family of 7, including children and grandparents. Very friendly and attentive host. The location could not have been better, very close to the arena. The apartments were well equipped, nicely decorated, spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was one of our best experiences in Europe.
