Nice beach, very friendly staff and good food. It’s great because it’s a little outside of the busy area.

The property was clean and had amazing beach views. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The room was very small for the price.

Food was good. Location was excellent. People we’re good. Drinks were a bit expensive. Beach was clean. Overall a great option
Closing time was too early. Our room overlooking the back was La bit loud.
4.0
Great location on the beach. Good bed and large room. The included sun bed and towel is a great plus.
A bit noisy in the morning. Adding a coffee machine in the room could be nice.

good location, nice towel service for the beach,
some confusion on what areas to sit as a hotel guest vs day visitor
3.5
The place is so close to the beach and is in a gated community. I felt safe and loved waking up to the view of the ocean which was steps away. The beds are comfy and the room looked updated and clean.
The food is crazy expensive and the bathroom shower flooded the whole entire room because of the bad draining.
4.5
Quite location - great beach location
I would have liked to have rented a car but the only available parking was in the street and it was hard to find a spot.

We stayed a few places while in Puerto Rico and this was our favorite. right on the beach and the people were I incredible! we would stay again - oh and the food! yum!
finding our way in was a little tricky they were so busy when we got there we got there a little early but really it all worked out. parking was easier than we thought but you do have to find it throughout the neighborhood. when they cleaned the room they never took the dirty glasses we didn’t care but some might - honestly it was amazing
4.5
The only way you could be closer to the beach is if you literally slept on the sand. The location could not be more incredible. Ten minute cab ride from the airport, 15 minute cab ride to old San Juan (or an hour and a half walk which was really nice). All of the staff were wonderful. Food and drink were fabulous, if a little pricey. 5 minutes walk and you're on a street with dozens of restaurants and bars, but the hotel itself is in a very quiet area for sleeping away from it all. The shower was amazing and pillows were pleasantly comfy. Also really appreciated the welcome basket of snacks and drinks in our room.
The only thing we weren't thrilled about were the doors in our room. The bathroom door was glass (yes, frosted) and didn't have any kind of latch - just a soft close. So be ready to hear everything/anything your traveling companion does in there. Same with the door to the room itself. It was majority frosted glass and very thin metal framing so you could hear everything that happened in the hallway. We'd still stay here again, but it was kind of a bummer.

Location, ocean front.
Everything is over priced, old worn out mattress, no screens on very difficult to open windows = mosquitoes in room, glass room door makes it impossible to have a dark room, single chair in room at the table, very obnoxious 3rd floor guest with unruly barking dog on balcony.

boutique, nice welcoming snacks and drinks in room. lounge chairs included in stay and can order food all day. super relaxing place

perfect location right on the beach, walking distance to some very good restaurants and convenience stores. room was comfy and clean. cute dogs walking the beach.
Locals play very loud music on the beach at times. wasn’t always someone at the front desk to check in or help. some construction / maintenance going on outside our window in the morning.

Right on the water and had plenty of amenities
I think there was a pool but we couldn’t figure out where it was/how to get to it to enjoy it.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The facilities are so beautiful, the location is amazing. It’s definitely a favorite of locals too. The restaurant has a great selection of healthy food. It’s a short work to community hot spots and a short Uber to most tourist destinations. We rented a car and even tho the hotel doesn’t have designated parking it’s pretty easy to find safe parking near by.

The area is great location, decent sized rooms, nicely designed and very clean.
The balcony overlooking the ocean is really lovely, plus you are literally right on the beach so amazing to sound of the sea and the ocean view right in front of you.
The staff had the customers service skills of disinterested teens. They were generally unknowledgeable and often came across as snobbish or insincere. Not what you could call a warm welcoming team, more like snooty sorority girls hanging out.
They organised for drilling work at 5am...the reply I got was '...but it's the only time we can do it.' They kindly comped us a breakfast, but still it's kind of obvious that you don't book something like this at 5am (or give that as an answer).
