Perfect location, but don't expect **** impressions

Perfect location, fine breakfast (but not croissants and juices) Nice lobby space with a bar Garage availability just downstairs (20EUR per night though)

Four stars are maybe in the lobby, but not further at the hotel A very narrow, separate WC in the room but with no lavatory! not nice. Poor water pressure in the shower Breakfast croissants and juices of terrible quality, skip them

Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit à l'hôtel, et mise à part l'accueil, c'était plutôt pas mal.

Lors de notre séjour, nous avons rencontré un problème d'odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain. Lorsque nous avons signalé cette situation à la réception, une des agentes d'accueil s'est excusée avec beaucoup de gentillesse et a rapidement trouvé une solution pour nous. Son professionnalisme et sa réactivité ont été très appréciés, ce qui a compensé ce léger désagrément. Grâce à son intervention, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour.

Lors de notre arrivée à l'hôtel, j'ai été malheureusement surpris par l'accueil d'une des agentes de réception. En effet, lorsque j'ai demandé des précisions concernant notre réservation, elle s'est exprimée avec un ton très hautain et désagréable, rendant l'expérience de check-in particulièrement inconfortable. Cette attitude m'a laissé une impression négative dès le début de notre séjour, au point que nous ne souhaitons pas revenir dans cet hôtel à l'avenir. Cela étant dit, je tiens à préciser que cette expérience n'a pas reflété l'attitude de l'ensemble du personnel. Les autres hôtesses, à l'exception de cette dame, se sont montrées d'une gentillesse remarquable tout au long de notre séjour. Leur amabilité et leur professionnalisme ont heureusement compensé en partie cette mauvaise première impression.

Superb

Once again another great stay at Elisio Hotel. Very comfortable spacious room with everything I had requested in place. Staff were very pleasant and helpful . Great choices at breakfast. Close & convenient to the Lourdes Domain & Grotto.

Breakfast was fine. Nothing special and no service at all. Location was great and easy to park if you reserve and pay. Staff was nice but not competent.

Competence in staff and better breakfast. Rate was different than on bookings and had to show them reservation and then they claimed we didn’t get breakfast and then showed them booking

Uncomfortable stay and an unpleasant receptionist

The only benefit is the proximity to the religious domain, restaurants and shops.

We stayed in room 1026. The air conditioning was not working from day 1. We contacted the receptionist who was patronising and unhelpful suggesting that we had left the windows opened. In fact there was only a sealed window and a balcony to the room which was closed. She sent the manager to have a look who advised us that the dial needed to be turned to hot setting. ( as being peak of summer heating was not switched on). We tried this and yet again it didn't work. On complaining again they said they fixed it when we were out and there was no difference. The room was unbearably hot and uncomfortable and could not sleep at night due to this. We were left 2 paper cups for coffee, despite being a family of 4. We had to personally get mugs from the restaurant downstairs to make our coffees. We stayed in total for 4 nights. Housekeeping did not replace the coffee satchets and when we rang reception in the morning were told we would need to wait until the next shift as they hadn't arrived to work. They eventually turned up 3 hours later and after another phone call. This is very poor service for a supposedly 4* hotel. I should say that there was one receptionist in the morning who was rude and unpleasant. The evening and night receptionists were pleasant and helpful.

Well, it was a nightmare

The location is great.

Outdated, air-conditioning is not working. We were moved to another room where air-conditioning was also not working and electricity was constantly switching off after 2 minutes. Was told to just go to sleep when the electricity switches off.

Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation and can recommend it!

1) sufficient space in the room, large sink with mirror, bidet 2) perfect location near the center 3) nice and helpful staff 4) the staff cleans the room every day

1) the small fridge was missing 2) one table lamp did not work 3) the milk at breakfast was a bit bad 4) street noise and exhaust gases from the street

COMFORTABLE HOTEL WITH EASY ACCESS TO THE SANTUARY

Clean and easy walk to the Santuary and nearby restaurants The views - My room on the ninth floor had a small private patio to enjoy early morning sunrises and sunsets.

The limited lunch hours with the kitchen closing at 13:30

1. we were in a family room on the 10th floor - the room smelled badly of drains and we had to open all windows each time we came back to air it out 2. beds were very hard and uncomfortable 3. quality of food at breakfast was very basic
