Mâncare de slabă calitate

Camera in cele din urmă a fost ok (am schimbat doua camere până să ajungem la asta) cu tematica africana frumoasa și vedere laterala spre mare. Dar sunt mai multe tipuri de camere și mai multe clădiri.

Mâncarea e de foarte proasta calitate pentru mine. Abia de ajunge la nivelul unui hotel de 3 stele. Am adăugat și două poze.

Disappointing experience at Therma Palace

The bed was comfortable

It is a 5 star hotel, but it is more like 3 star hotel. We were welcomed by not so friendly receptionists - upon arrival and check in they didn't inform us when is the breakfast so I had to ask them and received a grumpy reply "it's written on the card". The breakfast was very poor, we were there at 9.15 and although it was till 10 o'clock they had already began preparing for closing and a lot of things were missing so we had to ask the staff (which was also very grumpy) to refill some of the food. The parking is very small and we had to park in front of the neighbor hotel.

The hotel provided the luxury that it was promised and the stay was pleasent.

Would not repeat, do not recomment. It was fine, but I’m sure you can find better for the price.

The place is quiet. Comfortable beds.

It is definitely NOT beachfront. With a 3-year-old that’s important information. There was never fish or vegetarian on the menu, I find that very surprising for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars.

Nice location....some doubtfull services

Nice, spacious, comfortable room. Big shoutout for Irina Draganova (front desk) and Vladimir Manolov (waiter) who always were there to help. Nice area with a lot of vegetation.

The services. Among the advertised services expected to be included in the all inclusive package, was the shuttlebus for the beach. In the first day, the schedule of the shuttlebus was posted in the reception. We've waited for about 15-20 minutes and the bus didn't showed up. After asking in the reception and being told that the bus will show up in 5 minutes, waiting for another 15 minutes we gave up on waiting. The third day, the schedule was not posted anymore. After the breakfast we've asked the receptionist to call for the shuttlebus, in order to leave in 15-20 minutes. We've been told that is not the case as the shuttle bus will come RIGHT AWAY. After 20 minutes, we asked the receptionist to call for the shuttlebus as we were prepared to go to the beach. We've waited for another 20 minutes without nobody showing up. When asking the receptionist about it, he motivated that the shuttlebus driver also has another job !!!!!! After another 10 minutes, asking again the receptionist he told us the shuttlebus was already waiting us in its station. Grabbed the child, went to the station and suprise....NO SHUTTLEBUS. Coming back in the reception, asked to call with the manager (Irina Draganova), explained the situation, went back in the station, the shuttlebus finally arrived. In order to understand, there are about 800 m - 1000 m to the beach, through some dusty paths where a lot of tractors are passing due to the villas that are being constructed now. Doing this walk with a 3 years old child in your arms is not the greatest experience. Regarding the pool and the jacuzzi. There was a rule saying that no more than 15 minutes are recommended for a person in the jaccuzi. There was a group of Bulgarian people (4 men) who didn't seemed to take care about the rule. When telling the poolman/lifeguard about this fact (the people already had more than 2 hours in the jacuzzi), he took no measures.

Relaxing

Spa was really good, although the steam bath was not working; water very clean and really warm - very good for families with kids. Big rooms w Very friendly stuff and good services; food very good and freshly made; When we've been there the beach was not ready for the tourists but I assume should be good also;

The parking needs to be improved a bit and the way to the beach; Beach is about 1km from the hotel but in same places the working site nearby was making a bit tough to get there.

Clearly not a 5 stars hotel.

the garden was very beautfiul, I liked the design of the building and how the room was arranged Saturday night there was a party at downstairs bar, there was a very good entertainer, he was the life of the party, very good voice and attitude.

The food was poor quality, few options, vegetables like cucumbers or radishes in the salad were dehydrated and old. In the room I found dead moths and a lot of dust and dirty curtains. At the saunas the parents came in with the children, and they went out and came in 3 times per minute, not being able to relax at all. And the salt sauna didn t work at all.
