Neat, comfortable, stylish. Beautiful garden! Aircon that works well in the heat. Friendly and really helpful staff.

Beautiful old restored house with character
A little noisy as only a block away from the main rd & big trucks use the road
8.0
Excellent location, easy to find despite load shedding.
Loadshedding, town in complete darkness, need a little more lighting on trying to find the parking area

Has gone down in stand compared to the last few times we have stayed

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a decent selection of DSTV channels.
The staff seemed unenthused and didn't communicate particularly well. Had to ask for basics, such as a beverage with dinner. Dinner prices were on par with restaurants in the area, however my meal wasn't fresh and had to be microwaved before being served.

Team members are very helpful, very central located. Rooms are very convenient.
Our light in the bathroom did not work. Dinner portions are very small and tasteless.

The staff were very kind and friendly
I booked a luxury room with garden view but instead got a delux room ( half of the size than luxury.room with cramped bathroom) and the room was sitauted right next to a very busy road.
When I brought it under the staff's attention I was informed that the said room (room 1) was "always" allocated to patrons booking via booking.com.
I did however directed a request to management to refund me the difference of the rate between the luxury and delux room but was informed that the rate us the same. I shall never use this establishment ever again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Location was good, clean and very friendly and helpful staff.
Wifi was not working in the room. That’s ok but the soft matras was a shocker - I finally put the duvet on the floor, tried to sleep a little but gave up, packed up early that morning and left.

Breakfast was fantastic, but that’s where it ends
Supper took an hour. The french fries were older that what i am and i am nearly a dinossauros. The dessert a malva pudding was any geologist’s dream. Bathroom light not working had to take the bedside lamps bulb. Bathroom floor was leaking think it might have been the toilet

Firstly, a few shout outs. To Elize the receptionist, who was very customer focused, warm in her welcome and very attentive. Megan the manager, was very understanding, also very customer focused, and runs a great team, in our view. Breakfast was scrumptious and the pool area was lovely, just to chill and relax. The resident duck was so cute.
Nothing not to like.

Gorgeous spot in Beaufort West - lovely big rooms with clean and comfy beds. Super staff, efficient, helpful and friendly. we adored the little Pekin duck at the back door! Pretty gardens with a lovely pool.
The shower in our bathroom needs attention - the hot water was a little trickle. The manager allowed us to use the bathroom in the empty room next door which was fabulous!
