What I liked was that the hotel's location was strategic, considering we intentionally chose one closer to the airport than the city proper. There's a Costco, Seafood City, Jollibee, and even Tim Hortons right next to the hotel, plus a mall and Walmart! Bus stations are also super accessible.
- The breakfast menu was the same every day.
- On our last day, there was no buffet breakfast; it was given in a paper bag.
- We were told upon check-in that there would be unlimited coffee, tea, and hot water, but that wasn't the case.
-No complimentary water bottles, and the water, coffee, juice, and tea were only available during breakfast. We were told we could refill in the gym, but it was closed the entire time we were there.
- No body wash, just bar soap, and it wasn't even enough for the number of guests (though we did manage to request more).
- No oral kit provided.
- Although it’s beyond the management's control, other guests were noisy, and we could hear them from inside the room.
- For some weird reason, our AC kept turning off by itself at night. We had to wake up multiple times to turn it back on, which made it hard to rest after a whole day of traveling.
- As the days went by, I noticed the pantry was getting less clean and started to smell. It seemed like they didn't clean the tables after each guest due to their CLAYGO policy.
- It was awkward that the personnel assigned to the pantry stood by the buffet area, though I get the point. They also had a somewhat unfriendly vibe, although they did say good morning occasionally.
- The lighting in the room was too dim; brighter lights would be better.
- On our first day, there was a bug in the bed, but we were too tired from the long flight to report it. There was a bit of itchiness afterward.
- The water was under maintenance, and there was one time they left a notice in the rooms about a water interruption from, I think, 9 am to 2 pm. Then another, there was no notice at all, and it happened while I was in the middle of showrring.

Checkin was smooth and fast. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of food. The room was very quiet despite being next to an airport.
Nothing!

They dont have free water dispenser available anytime which I think it should be included in any hotel. You have to buy bottled water or wait for breakfast. The airconditioning is so loud and old, it will wake you up in the middle of the night.

Mini fridge was non functional

it’s close to the airport. that’s all for the positives.
staff is not well trained, seeing one inexperienced person training another new person is a joke, any questions were neglected and/or delayed until you give up. they can provide your key… and that’s basically it, don’t expect more.
the breakfast is a joke and there were barely places to sit (resulting in people fighting to get a table)
one room across the corridor had a party, but apparently staff doesn’t care (music, chanting, people walking in and out all the time with slamming doors). had to stop the party myself by (3 times!) going to the room myself to say “Please, it’s 1 AM, by asking not to party I meant stop chanting and everything included that wakes up people”. unbelievable that any hostel I have stayed in has better rules (and/or management) than “quality” inn

Location is good.
It was pretty dirty and you can tell some disposables were reused. I expected the place good/well maintained even though it was an old place. Floors were not vacuumed and it was sticky. Bed was comfy but you can tell that the pillows and blankets needs to be updated. USB Ports on tables don’t work. Washroom looked pretty good but missed some spots to clean, here and there. Towels were so thin, had stains. I’m glad I brought my own towels. Couch had white stain/residue left on it, I don’t want to know what it is. You can definitely hear ppl talk in the hallways. Cleaners were really loud earlier in the morning, we wouldn’t mind it if it was just cleaning but it was the yapping and gossiping part that was bothersome. Front desk staff was good.

Front desk staff were excellent, friendly, and efficient. Good parking. Shower was hot and powerful.
Breakfast area was very crowded, hot food dry and overcooked. Coffee was not very tasty.
Our room (102) faced the dumpster at the Wendy's next door and was very noisy. A lot of children running and shouting
in the hallways.

I just think for the price i paid. The room wasn't worth it. The breakfast wasn't great either. Not alot of selection
There was no bath and the breakfast wasnt great. The heat was not working well in the room either

Room was clean so that’s what counts.
Hallway heat was like a blast furnace.
The breakfast was horrible.
Tables not cleared quickly.
Fried potatoes had pools of grease on them.
Coffee actually was good.
