Location and room as well as amenities Excellent customer service in concierge as well as front desk.
At night there’s a bit of a noise every tube a car passes due to the unevenness of the road directly in front of our room. But otherwise it was great.

Pas mal tout!
Le lit creusait au milieu.

- l’emplacement

Close proximity to Scotiabank Arena for concert my friend and I attended. 17 minutes walking distance, but opted for Uber. Uber was affordable and easy. Our room was exceptional, it was clean, large, and the bed was comfortable.
Slightly expensive for a one night stay, but you pay for what you get! Exceptional stay.

Great location in downtown Toronto on the edge of the financial district and “old town.” Walkable to many attractions including the hockey hall of fame, st. Lawrence market, the CN Tower and Scotiabank Arena.
Nothing!

Great staff and restaurant , nice French style suite
Would be nice to have pool facilities

Nice boutique hotel, close to Distillery District and CN Tower and theatres. The cafe in the corner was great for a quick breakfast.
5.0
The Lobby, the comfort of the bed, how modern the washroom was relative to the age of the hotel
The question above saying the rating was not the same to the answers of the questions. The questions didn't address what I didn't like
When we got there, my partner and I wanted to listen to music while getting ready, there was not any option for it. I even looked for a music station on the tv. Nothing. Many prefer music to tv
The first alarm went off from 3:10-3:15, I know it wasn't intentional, but not enjoyable

The staff made our trip, always smiling, happy to help and chat.
We enjoyed everything

Location , breakfast and dinner amazing
8.0
Location, ornate lobby, comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff.
Room decor dated and poor use of space, small awkward shaped bathroom, higher quality amenities in the rooms would better match ornateness of hotel.

Location is great, room is huge.
The breakfast quality is poor. You only have one choice in the included one. Le wifi est d’un autre temps, et la chambre un peu vieillotte. Le restaurant m’a conseillé les tacos, qui n’étaient que friture (poisson quasi absent)

Just a beautiful hotel

Traditional with old charm.

A charming historical property, with all the comforts and aesthetics too. It is convenient in relation to the train station and to the church I wanted to attend.
All I would improve would be to provide one smaller pillow, as huge hotel pillows give me a stiff neck.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff. Hotel rooms are nice.

Super helpful and friendly staff at front desk. Most comfortable bedding and robes I have ever used in a hotel. Excellent food and drink at hotel bar. Beautiful ambience in lobby. Housekeeping staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly.
The rooms are absolutely lovely, but are in need of some small repairs. There were some stains on the crown moulding above the beds as well as on the curtains, which should probably be replaced.

The highest level of personel !!!
Breakfast only in a la carte restaurant, so not for us and expensive.
View from room really poor because new building is constructed next to hotel

This hotel is immaculate and grand and has a great bar restaurant
If I really have to think of anything I didn’t like it’s pretty impossible and my only slight irritation was a waiter dragging his heels a little serving me at my table but that’s all I can come up with

Staff was great! Brendan at the front desk (really appreciated being upgraded to a king bed) and Katrina at concierge stood out (thank you for looking up Pilates studios). They both have that quality that is hard to describe: you feel like you have a real person helping/interacting with you without any "ra-ra-ra" hype and a genuine warmth to their character. Thank you, we had a great stay!

I like the style of the hotel. The hotel personnel was very kind and nice. My room was clean, big, and quiet. Everything was as I expected. There was no open buffet for breakfast, so you need to order what you want, I liked this better.
One thing, I don't like rooms with doors to other guest rooms. Of course it's double door always but still I don't like it. Personal preference. :)
