This isn’t just a hotel, it’s an experience! <3

This hotel was next level! This isn’t just a hotel, this is an experience! The Frank room was amazing! Staff and ambiance of the hotel was such a vibe. The colour scheme and theme of the room was beautiful, the closet was lovely, the room was clean, had nice robes and slippers, a stunning shower, ample space, and most importantly comfortable bed and pillows. Everything you want and need in a room. The restaurant KOST on the top floor was amazing! Great food and stunning pool. We laid pool side and enjoyed the pool with a reserved time slot to make sure there was enough space. We thought it would be odd at first to swim around the diners, but they didn’t care, didn’t look and if anything made the diners envious. The view is breathtaking and being in a pool and looking out at the water and CN Tower was insane! We were there for TIFF and staying here made the experience that much more special! We HIGHLY recommend!

Lovely, well appointed hotel with a fantastic staff.

The rooms are elegantly appointed and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with a beautiful soaker tub. The bed was lovely! The rooftop terrace and bar is wonderful with amazing views and lovely staff.

The front lobby at night is very noisy with the music blasting from the club. Not certain how those folks at the front desk or able to do their work and keep sane. They would not even be able to answer the phone at all or even converse with guests without having to shout or strain. While the hotel itself if lovely, the price of the parking is quite steep and it would be nice to be in a hotel that had more of a view and not closed in and surrounded by other buildings which seemed to be peering into your room.

Amazing hotel in a great location. Made our stay in Toronto a vacation to remember!

Everything! Location was great, the staff were excellent the rooms were very comfortable and the best party was the roof top pool and restaurant. We didn’t use the pool but the views and the restaurant were just perfect for us.

Nice hotel with friendly staff.

Location

Rooms were very warm and we couldn’t cool them down to make them comfortable . Very expensive to not have better air conditioning or to not allow us to cool it more

We had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Would recommend this hotel to others!

The beds were soooo comfortable. Great location. Staff was super friendly. Loved the bathroom Reno.

We struggled with the lighting in the room, finding the switches to turn in was hard with the dark paint.

amazing staff and efficient service, in hotel restaurants, beautiful rooms with very detailed art, heated flooring in the washroom, most comfortable bed i've ever slept in, i loved everything about the property.

Очень понравился парфюм отеля. Запах замечательный! Интересный интерьер, очень удобная кровать, приветливый доброжелательный персонал, приятная косметика для душа

В моем номере была неисправная кофемашина. Ее заменили в тот же день, но это заняло время и так как мне нужно было уходить, я не успела попить кофе перед выходом, это немного разочаровало. Окна с наружной стороны очень грязные. Вид конечно из окна на стройки и постройки, однако мне хотелось открыть шторы, чтобы получить больше света, но вид настолько грязных окон заставил меня задернуть шторы обратно

Love the stay. This is our Hotel of choice, no other.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and we were very happy with the personalized service all throughout our stay. This modern boutique hotel exuded a charm and had all the amenities in he room to make us feel comfortable. Housekeeping was very responsive with our needs.

It would be good for the restaurant dining to serve fruits for breakfast and to have more selections on its menu.

Perfect place to stay when celebrating with friend’s

We stayed for a friends birthday and right upon entering felt like queens. We received and upgraded room and champagne and cake waiting there for us. The front desk greeters were kind and helpful, gave us a glass of champagne to take with us up to the room. And help was only a text away if we needed. The room was dark and quiet at night. Everything was clean. Beds were super comfy. And the heated floors in the bathroom was icing on the cake. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto.

I would say front desk staff were accommodating but the rest of the experience didn't expectations

Room was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly and accommodating

Room services got dinner order wrong. Alarm went off at 6am! And wasn't reset. Bed bed wasn't made properly and I was cold all night. I rented the room for my wife's bday and she was disappointed. It was her chance to sleep in and get some much needed rest but couldn't fall back asleep after the alarm went off at 6am.

Die Lage war perfekt um Toronto zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war aussergewöhnlich.

Die Organisation des Frühstücks war verbesserungsbedürftig. Die kurzfristige Schliessung des Dachrestaurants und der Verweis auf die Bar im EG empfanden wir als schlecht organisiert. Der Geräuschpegel beim Abendessen war extrem und sehr störend.

Good downtown location. Liked the decor and the Byredo bathroom amenities.

Rooftop pool is really just a plunge pool and it closes at 5pm so the restaurant can use the space - so of no use if you are at work and want to swim in the evening. Note the roof restaurant creates busy traffic in the lobby and queues for elevators.

A real dissapointment!

The hotel was very centrally located.

Unfortuantely our entire experience at the hotel was tarnished by our interactions with staff. Both check-in and check-out were made difficult by unhelpful employees. We were taken to an 'upgraded' room on a 'higher floor', we requested to see the room we had booked which was much larger and incidently on a higher floor. Also, the staff in the pool and resturant areas were extremley hostile which made those areas virtually unusable for us. Customers of the restaurant are seated uncomfortably close to the pool and the system of booking was inefficent. We got the impression that the pool is for pictures, and not for use; this was a shame as the pool was our main reason for chosing this particular hotel. We booked this hotel for the final night of our week-long trip to Toronto and were very excited for our stay. Instead, we were left incredibly dissapointed and wishing we remained at our original hotel.

Highly recommend the Bisha

Amazing location and beautiful facilities. The Nina room exceeded my expectations and I'm obsessed with the Byredo bathroom products - I wish my stay could have been longer.

Expensive and not child friendly

Great location, close to the CN tower and great views off the rooftop.

Not very child friendly. Children weren’t allowed in the bar downstairs and there was no children’s menu in the restaurant upstairs. View from the room was a brick wall and the rooms are very dark. Restaurant very expensive we had tacos and fries and the bill came to $800 dollars for 4 adults and 4 children.
