Very much enjoyed our stay

Breakfast worth including in your stay, clean comfortable rooms

Swimming pool was used for an instructor training kids to swim, I felt we were always being respectful to them and accommodating to that, if the hotel is offering that then this comment will be positive for leaning purposes if it’s outside the facility then my kids felt they couldn’t enjoy it to the fullest

It was very nice except the pool experience.

Very spacious lobby and nice room.

Hotel pool is being shared with private swimming lessons one after the other so it wasn’t really enjoyable to use the pool with kids…..small pool.

Although the location was awesome, the value just isn’t there. I will stay elsewhere next year.

Front desk staff are some of the most friendly people I have meet. Very very welcoming.

Rather pricey considering it was having new carpets layed and very inconvenient in some places, very load in room because of construction. Bed was very very uncomfortable it’s in need of being replaced.

Hotel was fairly nice, staff friendly.

We had a drawer in the bedside table that wouldn't shut. We had mold in the shower. Our fridge made a high pitched whine.

Wonderful place!!

Wonderful hotel. Room was amazing. Location is perfect. Bed comfy. View amazing. Our room was huge!! Stayed in the king suite

Only complaint is no make up cloth to wash your face, just a disposable towelette, and I hate getting the pretty white cloths dirty. Body wash was empty and not refilled even after we requested it. But super minor things that did not affect how much we enjoyed our stay.

lots of parking, nice lobby and restaurant.

only one elevator worked. Waited for 30 mins to get on the elevator with a loaded luggage cart. The pool area was filthy.

Our stay was comfortable, the staff was courtious, freindly and helpful.

The breakfast was good, lots of variety. Hot cookies at check in. Made Market was great. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Fuddy Duddy and backed up elevators

The people at the front desk were very friendly, easygoing and helpful. The cookies at the front desk are amazing.

We stayed at a Double Tree in another country which was wonderful, so we had high expectations. This location was a bit fuddy duddy looking. Furthermore, there was a lot of noise in the hall in the evening outside our room. In the morning we also found a pamphlet for a pizzeria was slipped under our door. I informed an employee, who brushed it off. Odd, as it defeats the purpose of using your room card to use the elevator if just anyone can get on the hotel room floors. The elevators were also so backed up that we took the stairs more than once, and ran into other hotel guests who had to do the same. We didn't go to the breakfast as the line up was too long. Although it was not horrible, and I really liked the people at the front desk, I wouldn't bother staying at this location again.
