Beautiful, well cared-for, thoughtful touches, warm and welcoming hosts, and delicious breakfast.
We liked everything!

Historical mansion. Large nicely appointed room. Large bathroom, huge bathtub. Excellent three-course breakfast. Off street parking. Good location.
The two large breakfast tables do not allow for a quieter, more private option.

Breakfast was scrumptious and quantities were generous. Particularly enjoyed the homemade scones. The hosts were very accommodating with diet restrictions. Breakfast was well presented in lovely dinner ware. Loved the historical character of the property.
Would have enjoyed breakfast on one of the terrasses as the garden is lovely.

Well kept property inside & outdoors. Room was nicely arranged and so cozy with so much charm from its historic legacy.
A few spots on the floor sweated although wooden floors seemed in good condition.

This is a great property with lovely hosts. It is charming, has lots of character and is much more personal and intimate than any of the bigger places in the area. The room and common areas were kept exceptionally clean. The common room has a nice selection of DVD‘s, books and games to choose from as well as a pool table and fireplace.
As we visited in March, we were not able to experience the garden or guest patios, but instead were able to light the fireplace in our room to add to the cozy atmosphere.
To top it off, the breakfast is top notch, with fresh local ingredients and home baked goods.
We already booked two future stays and can’t wait to stay here again.

Homemade pecan tarts and sherry upon arrival.
The home is impeccable. We stayed in Lady Sophia's room and couldn't have been more pleased. Gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub and charm made for a tranquil stay. We had the best night sleep.
Woke up to 3 course breakfast. Amazing and local.
The history in this home is incredible and we are so thankful to be apart of it.
We will definitely be back.
Leaving this gem of a home.

I stepped foot in this bed and breakfast for 5 minutes and had already messaged friends and family about how gorgeous it was. We stayed at the Isabella room that had the most beautiful vintage decor and had heated flooring in the bathroom. It came with two wine glasses, a cork screw, two bathrobes and hangers in the vintage armoire. The room also comes with a ceiling fan and gas/propane fireplace. I honestly don’t say this very often but we did NOT want to leave! We were welcomed by the owner and she explained to us where to find amenities like coffee and tea and time for breakfast. She was very accommodating and she made us feel like family.
