Many lavish surprises like the indoor pool/ dining area surrounded by a beautiful atrium filled with plants! And the bidet in the suite.
3.5
It was a comfortable room. They've renovated, which was appreciated. I missed being able to order room service. The staff were knowledgable and helpful.
No room service.

Location. Pool (although not a very nice one).
Room felt like a dungeon (kids pretended we were in Slytherin). We had a 1st floor sunken room facing the pool/courtyard but no access or view... only the noise. The staff were professional but curt. Coffee service (no breakfast) ends at 8am which is nightly early. We decided to splurge for the last night of our vacation. Most expensive yet least nice of all places we stayed. Honestly would not recommend this hotel.

Sadly the restaurant wasn’t open but the facility was wonderful!
Not the hotels fault but they dealt it with it quickly - someone kept trying to get into our room.

Clean, friendly and brave staff.
Creepy Man with mental illness came in. No fault of the hotel. Night clerk and adjust restaurant staff were helpful and brave in the given situation. This man needs a raise as I’m sure he does not get paid enough to deal with situations like this.

We loved the location, the pool & hot tub, and the view of the atrium from our room!!
We did not like how uncomfortable the bed was - it was very springy and lumpy. Did not feel like a pillow top mattress as advertised.

close to a a venue that we had tickets for .
the fridge and microwave were buzzing loudly , Lisa of enjoyment. I had to unplug it , it was also leaking m. when booking the pictures online show a more updated hotels, after you leave the lobby nothing else is updated.

great staff
the room was one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever been in. there was toothpaste on the inside of the sink. the toilet paper roll holder hasn’t been cleaned in I don’t know when. there were hairs under the toilet seat. the mattresses were the worst ive ever experienced in a hotel. super sad i have to write this. seems like there’s a lot of potential.

The room was nice

The bed was comfortable, the tub was nice.
They double charged My deposit, haven't rectified it or contacted me back yet. The lady at the front desk was very rude upon check. When asked to make sure it didnt double charge she told me no don't worry about it, but you have to do it again... now I'm out $200 for deposit, and $500 for a crappy stay.
The Don cherry bar is attached to the lobby, so there are drunks coming in and out all night, belligerent, rude, completely unprofessional for a hotel.
The room was classified a. A "signature suite" yet every suite I've stayed in has come with at least coffee cups... nope no cups, or silverware or anything to make your stay comfortable. My view was right into the window of the nextdoor hotel, real nice.
Won't ever be staying here again. such a dissapointment.
