Great location, friendly staff and clean room

The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The gym was also equipped and clean.

I did not appreciate the "surprise" $100 damage deposit. I will not be staying here again.

Breakfast was adequate.

When I arrived to check in, they informed me there would be an additional $100.00 deposit which would be refunded after we checked out and they affirmed the room had no damage. This was not done to anyone else in my party. Upon checking out, I asked that they check the room before I left to get my deposit back. They wouldn't accommodate me and said they would check it later. This doesn't set right with me...it's rather shady and for this reason I will never be staying with them again.

THE STAY WAS VERY GOOD I WAS WITH MY DAUGHTER AND GRANDDAUGHTER

THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD I WISH THAT THEY WOULD HAVE MORE OF A VARIETY OF MEAT OR ATLEAST BACON ONE DAY LIKE THE AD SHOWED

Tell me beforehand the hotel is under construction. The A/C in the first room we got didn't work, so we had to move rooms. A/C in the breakfast area was non-existent and the continental breakfast was downright bad. The front desk staff was indifferent. One luggage carrier is not enough for this hotel, especially if the contractors are using it to bring in materials. The elevator looked like something from a war zone. Parking lot was sketchy.

I like that it was around a lot of restaurants and that it was about 5 minutes away from where I was training.

I the hotel looked outdated and it was under construction during my stay.

no protection against noise. The room above mine was very noisy after 10 pm and the receptionist said she can’t do anything besides switch me to another room.

The room was spacious and well decorated

pool was gross. I booked the location because I wanted to use the pool, but did not get in because the water was brown. The water in my shower was barely warm. Great hotel otherwise

Wouldn't stay there again!

Pleasant staff. They were very helpful.

The halls reeked of strong marijuana smell. It would take your breath away!! I was traveling for a work event so it was quite embarrassing! For someone who doesn't partake in drugs of any kind I was not thrilled to have to smell that every evening nor did I want to smell like that. The hotel was MUCH older than it appeared to be online.
