nothing staff was terrible the room was unlivable infested with roaches smell like old cigarettes when I talk to the manager the next day he blew me off but in the same sentence told me to have a good day

when I got to the room the room look nothing like the pictures that you see on the website there were no pots or pans in the kitchen even though there was a stove there was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom but only two medium size towels The office close at seven check in about six around 8 o’clock in the room it was overran by roaches and I do mean roaches were everywhere come in from here in the walls coming from under the bed coming from behind the refrigerator when you go into the kitchen and open the cabinet door roaches with scatter in the bathroom coming up the sink coming out of the tub roaches were everywhere I went to the office to complain and that’s when I found out that the office was closed they had a little red phone on the door I picked it up and the lady answered it and she told me that they have no more rooms available at the office is closed there’s basically nothing she could do and if I didn’t like it I could just check out so I had to deal with it being from out of town but most of the night I slept in my car only to go back into the room when I had to use the bathroom I took pictures and videos to show the disgusting shape of the room I also read the reviews which I should’ve read before reserving any room at this hotel the reviews had so many complaints that mimic what I’m saying going far as 2018 and everyone said around the same thing and they responded bye giving the same generic response we’re sorry we’re working on fixing the issues blah blah blah they have no intentions on ever fix any issues it just gets worse I’m not understanding how anyone else that was at that hotel the night that I was there didn’t run for cover the manager don’t know his name but he’s a black man told me that he got my pictures and after talking to customer relations and as well as the night attendant that apparently stays on that property and takes phone calls that he would do his investigation and he would give me a call within an hour that was when the...

How I paid for a room through yall && I got put out of it?

The area was ok stuff to do and food to eat.

The whole experience was terrible. I paid for 8 days and on the 7th I was told I didn't pay enough money for the 8 days. I told to leave staff cussed me extremely rude people.. I will never stay at this location again.
