Good for a day or two - pricepoint could be better

location to and from where I had work related meetings. Easy access to highways

Bathroom: 1. paint peeling in certain areas. plaster issues. 2. Tub filled up with water when taking shower - slow or backed up drain TV would randomly turn off or reset Stains on carpet near desk area

Modern room with nice and clean beds.

Bed was nice and comforter was fluffy. The fridge worked, hall was clean. Was not loud in the hall during our stay.

Bring back the floor towel for the shower. It is weird and uncomfortable stepping out of the shower on a tiny towel.

The cost was a little to much for a one nite stay the elevator need to be replace feel and sound unsafe was very afraid to ride it ..the hallway ,and rooms had a smell need to shampoo the rugs .

I requested a crib for my 1 year old , we booked 2 days , we drove 6 hours to get at the hotel and no crib at our room .

clean , everyone is super nice , easy access.

I requested a crib for my 1 year old , we booked 2 days , we drove 6 hours to get at the hotel and no crib at our room . I spoke with the woman who were very nice , but unfortunately she couldn’t do anything to help me . Anyway , after spending my whole night checking my one year old sleeping, I didn’t get a single minute sleeping, the day after i went to the front desk and asked for the crib , they got a crib for our second night . The beds aren’t comfortable.

It was fun and the staff was very courteous and professional.

The hotel was clean and in a nicely located position, near the highway and surrounded by stores and places to eat.

Having to check out and go home. The stay was a great stay.

Nice location, room was nice size. Bathroom Jacuzzi tub was broken and filled with hairy scum. should not be charged for

It was tucked away, nice location.

The jacuzzi tub nozzle was broken in room 325. It came off as we filled the tub, creating a geyser in the bathroom. The tub had hair and scum all over the inside. Had to deep clean before using it. Not Happy!

Very good

The bed was very comfortable, although a little squeeky. The extra living space was super convenient. Not one but 2 TVs in the room, made it easy for each of us to watch what we liked. The little fridge was very useful. Nice to have fresh coffee and hot water around the clock in the lobby. Miss Maria made up our room with a lot of care and made our stay more enjoyable ❤️

The bathroom needs updating- the tub and toilet are pretty old. The waterpressure was really good, but no hand-held shower makes it hard to shower without having to wet your hair. Wish there were some plant-based milks or yogurts at breakfast.

Loved the dove toiletries ,the extra thick towels, handicapped shower had sturdy shower chair.The micro wave and fridge were convenient . Bed was soft and comfy but a little high for me to climb up in, I walk with a cane. I had keto choices for breakfast (turkey sausage and egg omelette ) and lots of coffee since coffee maker in room did not work.

Coffee maker was completely broken and coffee cup sizes were extremely small.

Housekeeping left the previous guest wash towel in the bathroom I’m sure they may not have seen them they was in between the shower curtain. Other then that I’ll visit again

Very Enjoyable Stay; we will definitely be back.

My spouse wanted to soak in a jacuzzi, I was glad to be able to find him this one. The jacuzzi suite more than met our expectations. The room was a surprisingly large one; it was clean and the heating system was quiet. We initially didn’t have a tv remote in the room, but the front desk (smooth check in), and maintenance (kudos, he was awesome), solved that situation very quickly. The tv was a good size, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of parking and food/restaurant choices available to us. Checkout was equally smooth. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant. And my spouse loved the jacuzzi.

Areas of improvement would be to have places to plug in your electronics on both sides of the bed. I had to get down on the floor, crawl under the nightstand and unplug the clock to be able to plug in my phone and tablet. I’m 61yo, fat and disabled, so that was not fun trying to get back up. The only other things would to be to have better quality towels, and a shower bench. The shower was fantastic, and I would have loved to been able to use it longer. But my ability to stand for more than a few minutes is limited.
