It was not a good stay and a waste of my money

It was dirty the room was small to didnt meet my expectations and I got bit by a bed bug

They allowed early check in

The first room I got was dirty, house keeping never even went to it. The second room I was given was occupied, I didn't realize that until I walked in on two people having sex. There is only one lock on the door (key card no bolt) front desk never even brought me my new key smh lesson learned the hard way

Absolutely nothing...this lodge was far from what was thought to be decent. It housed drug addicts and, unfortunately, homeless. I was inside the room for less than 10 minutes before I immediately made reservations elsewhere. This is NOT a lodge to be advertising on Boooking.com. Therefore, please, remove this Penn Lodge from your website.

Unfortunately some folks just live a hard life. Whether it be drugs or alcoholism that paves this unfortunate route, The Penn Lodge, is more or less a half house that SHOULD NOT be a place to offer accommodations to the general public. The premises immediately had a cloudy /dark aura. The room itself was fifth, moldy, paint peeling, a hole in the wall from being punched and there was just no pride in it's care. Although,h Andrew at the front desk was polite, it was just so hard to believe that he is willing to manage such a disgraceful /rundown environment. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED ever to make reservations at this Lodge,

Cheap. Almost a good value.

The price was cheap. My expectations were low. The location was excellent for me. I rode the train and walked.

Beautiful, big TV, but I could not turn it off. The sound volume control did not work. When I went to sleep, I turned the channel to one that was not active and covered the screen with towels to block the light. -- The TV was on when I entered the room, so it was obvious that the staff did not know how to turn it off.

It was the dirtiest place ever.

This place you should not even have it on your list it was below gross. Dead bugs on the sink filthy dirty. I called ahead and said I was handicapped and couldn’t do steps when I arrived there was nothing available like that so the receptionist put me in a unrenovated room. Spell concrete in the tub. The sink water did not drain it was broken and when I brushed my teeth everything floated in the water there was no iron, no ironing board no soap absolutely nothing in that room door handle was broken. I would think I should get my money back.

I called and she said I could have two steps except when I arrived I didn’t get that one and I purposely called ahead when I made the reservation and told her I couldn’t do steps she said she would take care of it that was never done. The place was so dirty and like I said above dead bugs there was nowhere to hang your clothes. I don’t understand how you call ahead and explain your situation and when you arrive there’s nothing available? It was so frustrating. Not ever in my life did I see so much dead bugs spiders and that much dirt

Everything was fine

I was charged twice on my credit card because the man at the desk said I used a master card . I gave him the same card and just realized I was charged twice by booking .com and the Penn lodge itself . I feel I am due 85.00 refund

A filthy room. Smelled of cigarettes. Room hadn't been clean mutch less desinfected. Sink was durty.
