Never got to stay… they cancelled our reservation

Well. Having booked it 9 months out and have them cancel the reservation the day before is very disappointing. They did rebook us elsewhere but I just cancelled the whole reservation

L’hôtel était bien

Il y avait pas de place pour nous a l’hôtel réservé sur votre site. Il nous on transféré à deux hôtel avant de nous installer

Good budget level convenient hotel. Wouldn’t rush back though.

Close to airport. Free shuttle. Large spacious suite.

Rather basic but expensive restaurant. Toilet in room was faulty - needed repair twice. Luckily not a drama.

Escellent place when arriving on late flights.

Easily accessible from airport. Extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast was well stocked and had a variety of healthy options.

Ok while en route to Airport. I don’t recommend the king with hot tub room.

The room description said there was a hot tub in the room. It was quite expensive to have this room but the hotel gave us a regular room with a king bed and a whirlpool tub not large enough for two people. The tub had black mould in the pipes and was unusable.

Amazing it was just like being home. Comfy, Cozy and Clean!

The room was clean and the bed was super comfy!!

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. If I come to Toronto again I will be stay at this hotel. I loved it!

Nice Hotel near the Airport

The room was very clean and spacious. The stuff was friedly and the shuttle bus for the airport was excellent.

The breakfact was very basic, but it was OK.

free shuttle to anf from the airport, 5-10mins shuttle service which is close to the airport, staff is helpful to arrange baby cot and shuttle bus for us. breakfast is good

I requested for baby cot several months in advance my trip, however staff forgot to arrange it. luckily there is one available for my baby

highly recommend

Property was clean staff was very friendly and helpful I would stay again. There is a pool, work out facilitiy, bar & dining. The location was very close to airport with shuttle.

Everything met my standard & comfort needs.

Toronto Canada's Fairfield inn

We had just come off of a 14-hour flight from South Korea. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, very helpful and quick. The evening restaurant staff. I cannot say enough about how genuine and friendly they were and the food was amazing. I a little shocked at the price but that has to do with the conversion rate.

I was disappointed in the breakfast staff at the restaurant. They never spoke. Maybe they didn't understand the language but overall everything was fantastic

It was very clean .. we didn’t get to stay long as we got in late and left early 3:30AM to catch a flight after our flight in Kitchener was cancelled due to weather!!
