Good for a night of rest after a late flight.

We just needed a bed for the night and it met our needs.

It had good experience before but this time i am disappointed due to shower not working properly.

Location is fine, staff is fine

The shower fountain and Tap both running same time. I couldn’t stop 1 of them it was out of order. We were not able to take bath. Our room no was 253. Water bottles should be at least 500 ml. Water bottles were very small

Very nice hotel...!

We booked for 2 queen beds but ended up with a king size 1 bed. The bed was big and comfortable. The room itself was spacious ! We enjoyed our stay and slept well !

Unfriendly staff need happy pills

Beds were comfortable and the price.

A Lot of things!! The front counter staff are the unfriendliest that I've ever seen in a hospitality setting. I now understand why they have a poor rating despite being a large facility. I told management about a leather chair in the lobby where you could see the foam and wood construction from what looked like a dog chewed it and left a gaping hole. His solution? Move the chair and hope that I didn't notice!! They have Samsung computer monitors for TVs . Who does that? Not surprisingly, half the channels were static and could not be seen!! I was told that there were no other ones and most of the rooms were with monitors. WHY would the hotel take away business from the independent Italian restaurant breakfast business? They pay rent. Hotels very poor idea- let's give the trades and guests a brown bag breakfast of snacks and a juice. They don't care and it shows.

We had a great stay - staff were very accommodating and room was large and comfortable

The room was really big and comfortable. We used the pull out sofa bed which was suitable for our kids as that was quite uncomfortable (could feel the springs through it if an adult lay on it).

the remote for one of the tvs needed new batteries. Also there wasnt an extra blanket for the sofa bed - just thin sheets and so was a little cold in the night. plus the pool was closed.

Ita cheap to stay there but the hospitality is poor.

The maintenace guy was helpful.

The room was dirty, tables are both stained with coffee. Remote control was missing, was found underneath the table beside garbage bin. The window was open and broken too. Good thing the Mexican maintenance guy came and saw all. So he called the housekeeping to give us another room, a clean nad organized one.

It's okay for a 2 night stay.

Price. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay in Calgary, this is one of the cheap place to stay. This is best if you wanted a place to stay that's near to YYC airport or the mall or Asian stores.

The place needs a bit of upgrading.

Terrible stay and not what I expected at all.

"Breakfast" was a paper bag with juice and some snack food, not breakfast food. Definitely not what I would call a "Breakfast Included" breakfast. Just a "technicality". Room was gross and reeked of vinegar. Pool was under maintenance...who knows how long that will actually be. Beds were overly soft and there was a HUGE red stain on the side of my bed. Literally looked like someone was murdered on the bed. Floors were NOT mopped (pet friendly room had laminate floors) and pet hair was all over the floor. I had to wear my shoes in the room the entire time. Water pressure was non-existent in the shower and the bathroom was overly just gross. Door lock (the extra one) was completely loose and would have broken off with a soft push. Overall, just not a great experience. Would not recommend staying here.

Not bad for the price

Price is reasonable, good location. Breakfast included

The bath tub drain was plugged, water took long time to drain off. Swimming pool was unavailable, and one of the bath towels has long hair on it. Sound proof is not very good.

Location is good . Some of facilities in the room was ok with the price but service is unacceptable

Staff was not friendly and said you good to go Feel they don’t have even simple knowledge of customer service

Had it not been for the poor behavior of the front desk staff the stay would have been really good.

The property was clean, quiet and in close proximity to good restaurants.

Comfy bed for cheap

Very cheap for a decent hotel. I always stay here when flying for work!

I’ve never seen the hot tub opened, the pool is often closed and cold when it is not and the steam room doesn’t work well.

I could have been better

It was clean and comfortable.

I had to call the front desk like 10 times before they answered. The hot pool was closed for maintenance. That was disappointing. There were little kids running and yelling in the hallway. I woke up at 2 am for a kid screaming outside of my room. The bedding wasn't enough so I had to turn the heat up but that made me feel too hot when I was sleeping.

Won’t stay here again.

This property is run down made you feel you needed your shoes at all times. The check in person spoke so fast you couldn’t understand her and she wanted you out of her face. She was rude and had no customer service skills at all. Her alone doesn’t make me want to stay here again.

It was dirty and the towels were old and falling apart. The check in was horrible the room is falling apart. I can see out side into the hall the hotel is loud and beat up.

Good but needs some upgrades

The rooms were nice and tidy. The reception was nice and accommodating.

The tv in the room wasn't working. Had the room on 3rd floor and there was just outside equipment sound that just turn on/off throughout the night which was loud enought o wake me up every time is turned on.

the entire stay. breakfast is very poor, bottled water is very limited, they are very stingy with the Coffee. ROOM- dilapidated tables, chairs and bed. we can even hear the simple talks from the other room. Cleanliness- very poor and the entire hotel espc from the elevator does not smell fresh. Staff like cleaners-I just encountered one rude service worker. The black lady is very accommodating,

Room was run down. Water damage in a few areas. A hole above shower with black mould. Towels were frayed and tv service kicked in and out. The rooms need renovated.
