Good

Very run down and old. Bathroom was tiny. Cleanliness could be better. Staff were great breakfast was great. Upgrade needed otherwise just fine.

Cleanliness, needs a renovation for floors bathrooms and furniture.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer in Hotel in Flugplatznähe, wenn man mit Auto unterwegs ist. Parkplatz inklusive. Komfortables Bad

Frühstück: sehr viel Plastik und wenig Sitzplätze. Es war aber eine gute Auswahl vorhanden für kanadische Verhältnisse

Good for people with pets, but there is zero view from the room and rooms smell like dirty feet.

I liked that it was quiet and had a not bad breakfast. It was close to the airport and the staff were polite.

I didn't like that it was not the room that I booked. It was grungy and the carpet smelled like dirty feet or socks. We had a room on the main floor and the view was of a fence and we were on a slop sort of so all we saw was a little patch of grass and a plastic table that was leaned up against the fence. The room was also very small which made it hard for the 4 of us to move around the room when we were trying to get organized or when we needed to get to our suitcases to get ready in the morning. I booked for 3 days but I left after one day and we found an alternate hotel to stay for the other 2 days.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Definitely will be coming back again.

The room floorplan was great and provided privacy for the bedroom and bathroom which was a really nice feature. Also, we had two big screen TV's: one in the living room and one in the bedroom which was also a really nice feature. Any issues or concerns were also addressed immediately.

Nice and calm

Nice and quiet. Especially my flight was delayed and arrived really late evening, however stuff was so gentle and nice to arrange for me, it was really feel good for us.

Fitness center was way too poor. Even people stay in there for business, people want to use fitness as concern about health care. It should have weight scale as nessasary, also breakfast also need to find what is best eat in the morning.

Grief

I was evacuated from Yellowkinfe NWT. I was told they take dogs And when I went to check in they would not take my dog. So I had to leave. I would like a refund please.

Made no exceptions for my dog while I am evacuated.

It's going down hill fast.

5 is the lowest tating this app will allow....Pool is so dirty you can write your name I the scum. Only two towels in a king suite that's meant to sleep four. Dirty pillows with make-up on then from the previous guests. Miss match glasses and tableware for two people. Uncooked processed breakfast that is unedable and cold coffee.

Good location for the airport without being too close. Good options for restaurants.

Beautiful lobby, beautiful rooms, very clean, excellent value for what I paid.

It was excellent value for price- it was beautiful and very relaxing. The breakfast options were great and we just loved the lobby.

Nothing! Our jacuzzi tub seemed a little possessed but I think that was because we were so tired from travelling and couldn’t figure out how to make the tub work properly.

It was okay

Very close to where we needed to be (competition for the weekend) easy to get to and very central for restaurants and stores.

Pillows were lumpy, and sheets scratchy. Fan would not stay on, despite turning it to a constant ON, planes overhead were so loud just wanted some background noise to help fall asleep. Breakfast was not very good. We were put right beside the elevator

It was comfortable and I will likely be back when I am in Calgary.

The location was great. I could drive to all the places I needed to be within 25 minutes.

Sime people might not like the proximity to the airport. but I love airplane watching and I had no issue with this.
