Disappointed

Lovely lobby and pool area. Dinner in dining room was good .

No hot water in our room in the evening or the morning . No wifi throughout the whole stay . View from room was a dumpster full of garbage

I did not like that breakfast and parking was not included.

This location did not serve breakfast which took me by surprise. Also, parking was not included either. This two things made my experience overwhelming.

Please start including breakfast and parking in the hotel price.

The food in the restaurant

You should insure that they have handicap rails in the bathroom for assistance for people who have trouble moving and the room was cold thru out stay

Will not be back

When we were taking day trips to othercparts of the state. We tried not to be at the hotel or vicinity as much as possible to make the best of our trip.

The area , having to pay for parking as a paying guest. The coffe in the room was poor. One microwave for the floor to share. The hot tub was warm at best and the jests did not work, that was a feature that would have been nice to be able to use to help with pain from a medical condition. The staff at the front desk had an it is what it is mentality. The bathroom had no exhaust vents. The same debris was on the floor in the stair well our whole stay, meaning housekeeping stuck to room upkeep.

It was good, quiet, a bit inconvenient but ok

Location and value

My mom is handicapped and we need shower not tub in room. There were no accessible rooms with two queen size beds. There were 3 in our group. Then on the last night, the tv died. Called front desk and they came up and informed me tv dead that we needed to switch rooms. We couldn’t, just pick up after 2 nights and take all our stuff to another room.

I like the hotel except for the amenities

The atmosphere and the cleanliness of the hotel. Although the food was too expensive, it was ridiculous. Not to mention just a bottled soda out of the little machine. It was almost 5 dollars. That’s ridiculous not to mention that we had to pay a $10 parking fee. The only live 52 minutes away. We were there for the John Edwards event. Not to mention we didn’t even stay the whole night. We laugh about 12 AM and we arrive there it 3:30 PM checked out at 12 AM we didn’t stay the whole time not to mention we had to put a $60 deposit down on the room as well. I thought that was ridiculous so having to put a deposit of $60 on the room plus a $10 parking fee was

That was here was nice. The roads were nice like staying on the ninth floor. We also like the fact of having to have a key to get on the elevator to go up I need to 84s. They made us feel very safe.

It was clean and the staff was very kind.

Pay for parking. I was surprised there was a parking fee as it wasn’t listed on the property information. They also charged an extra $60 that was refunded after checking out. I didn’t like all the surprise added fees.

Slightly above average experience. Bed was VERY comfortable.

Location was good. While the property is not new, it was fairly well maintained. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Very accommodating.

The AC was a little inadequate for this time of year. Half way through our stay, the one microwave on our floor went out. Though maintenance was called repeatedly, it was never restored. The microwave on the floor above was also not operational. We were surprised to have to pay daily for parking on the premises.

clean, lovely pool, nice staff. we walked to the beach although it was a little far.

it was near airport but not clise to any shops or restaurants. you could walk to the mall but it was a little far in the heat.

Beds were clean and super comfy

There wasn't a thing we didn't like, loved the planters by the pool side and the water fall was neat.

Poor

Hotel reception is hard to reach in terms of invoices and correcting them. We were trying for over a month to contact the hotel (phone and mail) and ask them for correction the invoice. Still no result. And it's hotel's responsibility to issue an invoice, even if our stay was booked via booking.com. Really not proffesional behaviour

loved my first visit in Florida thanks to this hotel & staff

first time ever in Florida, and this hotel made it amazing , loved being poolside , with the palm trees and amazing pool area with hottub .

the fact that have to use key card on elevator.

OK, but disappointing

Promised an early check in and then denied when we arrived. Given a room at the very end of the hall. Noisy, equipment sounds.

Overall a nice visit and maybe will stay there again.

Location is great. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful with any issues and didn't have attitude.

Didn't like having to pay for parking. Considering that room was expensive enough. This charge was just a rip off and a way to bleed more money from customers. Also did like that there wasn't any security safes in the rooms.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, but didn’t start until 6:00 a.m. and our flight left at 7. Asked about a Togo bag and no that wasn’t available. Same thing with the airport shuttle, it didn’t start until 6. The reason we booked this hotel was for the shuttle and breakfast neither of which we were able to access.

I liked the location as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very nice.

Comfortable hotel but need improvement at check in process.

Good location, large spacious rooms with good water pressure and hot water in bathrooms like the traditional holiday inns.

Slow check-in process. Online check-in and remote entry would make this an excellent hotel.
