Great opportunity

Location to highway. We stayed in the presidential suite in room 320. Perfect room size for 6 partying women.

We are continuing to search for a hotel w/ a 24hr pool.

Looks nice upon 1st appearance but was not clean and didn’t feel safe.

It was close to shopping & restaurants all within 5-15 mins. Next to small neighborhood which was great for dog walks. Free complimentary icecream in the evenings.

AC did not work and turned on and off every few minutes. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. Shower didn’t drain properly and was told maintenance would address it on Sunday (after my stay). 1st floor was very loud. Sheets had a weird stain and after spotting huge cockroaches with one staff unable to kill, checked out late at night because uncomfortable.

Excellent stay for families, business, leisure right next to the airport.

I loved the pool area as it had comfy couches and fireplaces! The hotel is bigger than I expected and the room was super comfy and quiet. I wish I would have stayed here my whole trip! We didn't get to stay for breakfast, but it looked like it would be good. They also had a really nice bar right next to the pool.

Night time front desk lady was not friendly. I came in to book at the front desk but the price was too high. I asked the lady at the front if she could apply my AAA discount and she said the number she gave me included it even though I had not identified myself as being a member yet. I stepped out and got a cheaper rate through booking.com and came back in and told her I did. She got upset and I apologized if it caused any additional work on her part and she said “don’t get me started “. She gave me my keys and that was that.

Would stay again.

I usually do not leave reviews. But this one I definitely was going to. The first thing I noticed was how pleasant the front desk attendant was. VERY kind. He gave my children stuffed animals from Busch Gardens. Informed us of the nightly free ice cream. The room was very clean (And I am super weird about cleanliness). Also the breakfast was probably one of the best I have had at a hotel. Plenty to pick from and stuff you’d actually want to eat! And each day it was something different and not the same food each morning. Also the housekeepers nocked on my door to offer to clean or restock anything I may need or replenished. Most you have to go out of your way to ask for towels. Also it is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and things to do. In other words I would stay again.

Pool was kind of small, and only outdoors.

They upgraded my room even though the tub wasnt working there was a beautiful stand up shower and 3 separate spaces in the hotel room breakfast was tasty and the staff was so nice

The tab wasnt working my sheets had a mystery stain but the staff came immediately to change them

Money well worth it! Really clean sheets and really clean pillowcases! Will stay here again!

I liked that the sheets on the bed and the pillow cases were nice and clean. The whole room in general felt good to sleep in. The fitness room was also clean and had a good amount of weights and resistance bands, and more. The breakfast area was big, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a nice clean bed to sleep in😉

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no toothpaste in the room, good thing I brought mine! They do have Dove hand soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner! Not that small cheap hotel soaps and shampoos 😁

It was an excellent hotel, just not located as close to USF as I had hoped.

The breakfast was very good and the service was great. However, I would have preferred to stay much closer to the USF campus. I chose this location because it was not close to Busch Gardens and I recognized the name of the street, Bruce B. Downs. However, I later realized that the hotel I was looking for was located on Morris Bridge Rd. instead of Fletcher Avenue.

I didn't dislike anything about this hotel. I just hoped to be closer to USF than I was. The hotel I really wanted was off Fletcher Ave and I-75, on Morris Bridge Road.

Room was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Ice cream in the evenings! YAY!

They except pets but would not take our cat! He is neutered, 22lbs, and uses litter box that we always clean up after. I feel its discriminatory as we dont take him out in public so not a troublemaker .Make sure to call ahead of they say they except pets to verify.Our son lives here so luckily he kept the cat.

Great and relaxing stay!

we arrived close to midnight and were greeted with a smile. The room was spacious and clean. the breakfast was well stocked with plenty of options and we enjoyed it greatly
