Nice spot to stay. Good value

Staff was great. Great value.

We had vouchers for Fred breakfast at resturaunt next door. That experience left a lot to be desired. We would have preferred access to make fresh waffles at the hotel. We were told that as on my open for groups.

Short stay, it's ok

The room was nice, the beds comfortable enough (except if you prefer a mattress on the firmer side). It was clean. For a one-night stay it was fine.

The shower gel in the shower was not replenished and it was too late to do anything about it while you're in the shower. The continental breakfast was not good at all. The hard boiled eggs were too hard and too vinegary, the coffee was undrinkable.

Would not choose this location for my next stay

Friendly staff, comfortable beds

Dated bathroom, rusted bathtub, exhaust fan did not work, toilet flushed very slow. Old small TV. Central air extremely noisy.

Good place to enjoy concerts in Canadian tire centre

Very nice beds and shower, clean room.

A/C didn't work well, didn't have controller. A lot of construction noise around 7am.

not much to complain and yet don’t have expectations

The room has two double beds which is good value if you have a group of 4 or travelling with kids.

The room is dated, AC is very old, doesn’t have a lot of amenities and don’t even have a bottle of water.

You get what you pay for. Go in with low expectations

Barking dogs from multiple rooms around us and in the hall. It would have been better to let us know we were in the dog area (even though we had no pets) Killed an earwig in the bathroom Carpets were stained, crumbs in spots. Wall paper is curling off the walls

Very comfortable bed with breakfast included. It’s obviously an older hotel but clean and welcoming and a great value.

We were comfortable for the amount of time we were there, but would not recommend.

There were a lot of people in the room. Wasn't able to stay to have breakfast.

The bed was fairly comfortable, pillows were awful though. Decently clean. Bathroom was way to small for 3 people. The hotel itself is quite outdated and needs to be remodeled. Way to expensive for the facility.

floors in the hall needed vacuuming. . had to as to do backs stuff like empty trash . breakfast seemed to run out of basics like bagels and English muffins and yogurt. good coffee

The shower had no pressure at all. The bath tub was plugged badly there were a ton of hair in the tub The TV was smart but none of the smart functions worked and nobody in the staff knew about it.

We could not stay here as it was not a hotel when we arrived. It is now a shelter not a hotel.

I would say it was below my expectation. Next time I would rather choose a different hotel for stay.

Staff at reception was polite and helped me.

Breakfast was pathetic. Just the bread butter, waffle(which you will have to cook) and cereals. Boiled eggs were so cold and hard that they were uneatable. We basically went out to have our breakfast.
