The room was very clean, all the staff were friendly but my room was not cleaned while I was there.

The room was good and clean.

The breakfast should improve.

Convenient location to drive to Ottawa in downtown

I understand they clean sheets and towel every third day to help the planet and not contaminate, but they should at least refill toilet paper and soap. Breakfast is very limited and not tasty. One of the beds was crunching with movement

No environmental concerns: At breakfast, why plates & utensils have to be plastic/paper ones? And, in addition, thrown to the garbage instead of being recycled? Such a waste there.

Horrible and poor service.

Hardly anything.

My partner could not access the room when she arrived to sign in, making her late for her online meeting, which pushed back another professional commitment. Then the room was the wrong type with two queen sized beds instead of the single king sized one. The hotel was insanely loud and no attempt was made to control the noise levels. The staff basically told me to deal with it when I complained about the wrong room type since "It's the same price".

comfort, calm and friendly staff!

the comfort of the room, the friendly staff, the complementary breakfast ( simple but right what you need and you need to leave quick and early), the patio door making it easy to take the dog out!

the patio door wasn’t easy to open… one of the doors was always getting stuck.
