Hotel Art Kensington has the Art of Hospitality Perfected!

The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were beautiful and large. The location was great and so close to restaurants, bars and shops. On my last night I had my flight cancelled and was a bit upset and mentioned it to the wait staff at Oxbow and they brought me complimentary chocolates to cheer me up. How thoughtful! It worked. They were divine!

Great location a short walk from the river and city centre. Neat quiet hotel. Spacious lounge for breakfast.

9/10 and would recommend and return

great location close to downtown but without the hassle of parking. underground parking for $20 and had room for my pickup truck. upgraded us to the top suite. fantastic room and great service.

only issue is that they couldn’t do a debit deposit for damage. I had credit card issues and every hotel I have ever stayed at could do a debit deposit but they wouldn’t allow it.

A disapointment at a high price

The Kensington area is nice. The hotel does not provide the advertised services.

The hotel advertises on site parking, but when I arrived I was told they did not have any available and I should go park on the street. Had to carry heavy luggage for more than 100 m. No help was offered by the hotel. No word of apology. Rude hotel staff. The room was freezing cold, even after turning off the a/c. Had to turn on the fireplace to have proper room temperature. Water running in the bathroom of the adjacent room made a lot of noise. Noisy room ventilation.

Well maintained rooms and good location. Afternoon check-in staff were great and gave a complimentary room upgrade with possible late checkout

Morning staff refused the late checkout and was fairly rude. Overpriced stay. No fridge in such a room is a bit surprising

Best hotel staff I've experienced in a while! Super Comfortable and Convenient.

Just wow. Great staff, great room. TRULY free internet (so many places say they have free internet, but then charge you if you want to actually use it for anything other than email). The staff in particular were amazingly accommodating, giving us great advice and instructions. We had to do a pre-entry rapid COVID test and they got us to a place just a few blocks away where we got the tests quickly. Just all around amazing. The location was also amazing, so close to a street that had a ton of restaurants of all kinds.

This is not a cheap hotel, but then again, you get what you pay for and it was entirely worth it!

nice property with lots of potential but our room was disappointing as was the breakfast.

Rooms are dark and foreboding. Breakfast room was lovely but breakfast itself was the same as Super 8, bad coffee, no cream.

I noticed the sign in the lobby for Aeroplan, and I asked if I would get points and was told yes, and the clerk took my Aeroplan number, but I have not received any points.
