appartamento spazioso, comodissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Cucina attrezzata, zona bagno aperta su due lati (soggiorno e camera da letto)
4.3
Great location, clean and free breakfast on Saturday.
There was nothing that we didn't like.
4.3
The people/staff, having a kitchen and sitting area, being able to open the windows, closeness to the lake and hiking areas.
The fridge was pretty loud and made it hard to sleep. And there was construction (changing TVs), rather unavoidable.
4.3
we like its quiet location with beautiful mountain views. we also like its convenient location to restaurants and shopping centers.
we stayed on the 2nd floor and could hear the upper floor guest walking in the middle of night.
4.3
Spacious room, clean, continental breakfast, friendly staff, easy after-hours check-in.
No AC

The location is nice and quiet and the 1 bedroom queen suite was perfect for our family of 4 with a very well stocked kitchen, very clean and comfortable facilities.
Nothing i can think of.

Great location. Clean! Very cozy and comfortable for my family of 4! Spacious feeling for such a compact space! Well stocked complete kitchen! My units floor and furniture and kitchen and bathroom all look recently updated!
strange circuitry, the kitchen vent hood would spontaneously turn itself on early or midmorning.
4.3
Room was spacious. We had a nice view from our balcony. Loved the fireplace. Kitchen had everything we needed; silverware, plates, cups & mugs. Microwave & refrigerator. Comfortable chairs at the dining table. Extra bedding, comfy queen bed; I believe it was a memory foam bed. Plenty of bath towels. I also like that the sink in the bathroom was separated from the shower and toilet that way if someone was showering i can still brush my teeth and get myself ready.
It did get really hot at night. We didn't turn on our heater, only used the fireplace but had it off at night while sleeping. Heat does rise and considering that we were on the 3rd floor was probably why it got so hot. I was thankful there were ceiling fans. Couch wasn't comfortable but most pull out bed couches are not.

Amazing lobby. spacious room! staff were very friendly!

My wife and I stayed here from 9th - 12th of 2022. I must say, that of all the hotels and casinos that we have traveled to over the years, this facility is literally the best! The staff was excellent, the room was immaculate and the grounds were exceptionally well maintained even considering the two plus feet of snow the are recieved during our stay! Outstanding location! We will be returning by the end of summer hopefully to do some hiking and enjoy this wonderfully outstanding lodge again! Can not wait!
the extremely deep snow and road conditions at the time of our visit. not any fault of the property though.

Loved the location!
Every time I stay at any hotel/ motel the bed is always too firm. This place is no exception. I know it's my personal preference. I guess most people prefer firm beds, but I'm not one of those people!

We genuinely enjoyed everything about this place. Hubby and I agreed the best part was the adult only hot tub. very appreciated when you think about relaxing in more thoughtfully taken care of, cleaner water. The spaces to hang out outside, our children really liked the small gestures like cookies and fruit.

Great location with a delicious cafe within walking distance
There is nothing i didn’t like s as bout the property

location is great , it is very equipped and comfortable
not much of houskeeping, but it is not a big issue

Location: only 10 minutes driving to California lodge
Fireplace: easy to turn it on/off
* No stuff after 5PM. You have to follow late check-in procedure.
* Hot tub works until 4PM: if you ski/snowboard the whole day, then you don't have a chance to relax in hot tub after that
* Kids are not allowed in hot tub due to some chemicals. And there is no swimming pool there :(
* Hot tub is by reservation only, and staff is always trying to kick you out before the end of the reserved time
* Game room was closed: no billiard, kids were waiting for it

Very comfortable, clean and nicely located. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to dine in. We stayed in the winter and room was very warm. Fireplace enhanced the coziness
Wished they’d allow pets. Only downfall was we missed our dog

perfect little suite for a holiday in tahoe!

The Lodge is discreetly located - no signage on the main road and very quiet. This suite was on the second floor in a second building opposite the main building. Facilities were not open due to Covid. We were told it is a timeshare and were very satisfied with its comfort, cleanliness, space and convenience.
The central heating was exceptionally noisy but as the living space had a gas fire the need for heating was reduced.

the big, comfortable room
4.3
good location,clean,friendly staff
setting of the room was a little bit awkward, the tv was place in a very low
position in a very awkward place. we don’t know what was the deal with that!!
4.3
location, upkeep of the facilities and rooms, cleanliness
not a single thing. will return in a heartbeat.
4.3
living/kitchen/dining area spacious
clean suite
everything provided in kitchen
location great
quiet
cleaning and maintenance staff helpful and friendly
bedroom small, no room for luggage and no luggage stand
bed medium comfort
many amenities not provided, (I know, because of Covid and limited staffing) like breakfast, but we still paid the same as if there was. they could have offered to go baskets for breakfast at least.
front desk staff were a little discourteous, and handing down all the ‘do nots’ and ‘rules’ they were somewhat intimidating, especially explaining the possible charge if cleaning staff have to spend more than 1-1/2 cleaning then we would get charged!
and the little charges if we needed extra coffee, etc!
4.3
The front desk was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was extremely clean and quiet. We loved having a little living room with a fireplace- it was quaint and cozy.
