Exceptional

Our condo was roomy and had a washer and dryer and full kitchen, perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and comfortable.

Overall the propert is nice and the scenery is beautiful but air conditioning is needed in the Summer months.

The property was nice but a bit difficult to navigate at first.

There is no air conditioning.

Superb

Beautiful location. Rooms were nice and the layout of the 2 bedroom suite was great for us.

The only cons were availability of parking by our building and a long walk to the warm swimming pool.

Superb

The room was very spacious and clean. The resort itself had many activities to take advantage of if you did not want to explore. The location was close to the downtown area as well as many hiking trails and scenic views if that peaks your interest. Overall, it was a great facility and well maintained.

The only thing that I didn't like was the lack of parking for certain buildings. There were not enough spaces towards the end of our trip once more and more people came in.

Still a great location, will stay again

can’t beat the location for skiing at Heavenly. Kids enjoyed the ping pong tables and pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked to have the door between our adjoining rooms unlocked and to use the facilities same day after we checked out. Bistro bar was a convenient place to watch March Madness.

We couldn’t get the room to cool off for sleeping at night but maybe we would have figured it out if we stayed longer. Hot tub for our building wasn’t in service but there was another option at the club house. Entrance to the garage was covered in ice and extremely slippery - would suggest some rock salt.

good kitchen and layout.

not enough shuttle staff. had to drive because we couldn’t get a ride. the tram wasn’t functional the whole time we were there. the advertised transportation is a big reason why we booked and we couldn’t use it. very disappointing

Clean updated room. Quiet. The view was incredible out of our window.

it could have been a better experience if it was we were expecting

we enjoyed the outlook from our 2nd room

the first room we were allocated wasn’t a part of the resort at all our room felt like being in a prison room with a tiny window overlooking the car park ramp. after much complaining we were move to a better location at the resort. the website is very misleading there wasn’t any room cleaning with fresh towels each day.

No hot water on shower

The rooms are very comfortable with a complete kitchen. Location is great near the Stagecoach lift and very convenient for Skiing.

No hot water in the showers. Renovations at the hot tub and pool area after they had all the time to fix these during COVID.

We were comfortable in our room.

The facility was far from the casino area. Room was not made up every day. Only one waste basket in room. The water vents in jacuzzi were not all working. There was no tv signal for 24 hours.

The venue is very beautiful, and the staff were great. The breakfast was really good.

THE CONFIGURATION OF THE ROOM, AND A LOVELY VIEW. CLOSE PROXIMETRY TO PARKING.

Had NO CONTROL of temperature in room. Thermostat did not respond. TV and internet went out.

disappointing

Great covered parking with easy access to room. Room was clean and neat.

Room very hot only had ceiling fan no a/c. Asked for additional fan but it never was provided. Person that gave me room key was very condescending.

horrible- can any thing be refunded???

too far away from town/ biggest problem/ No AC in 90 degree weather/ bed was broken/ shower tub did not drain. checked out after first night- couldn’t sleep without AC!!

it was cool and up in the mountains

everything was really hot, it felt like there was a heater on inside the building at all times, beds were super uncomfortable, 2 of my 7 outlets worked in my room, the window barely opens and they provide a $15 box fan that did nothing to cool the room, my tv didn’t work, my microwave, coffee pot, and iron didn’t have any power as none of the outlets would work. the phone wasn’t plugged in and either of the bed side lamps worked. we ended up just driving 7 hours home because we didn’t want to sleep another night sweating the whole time.
