Breakfast perfect, room fresh and clean.

A dump

The breakfast was good and the bison burger at the Tap House was good.

The room looked like it went through an earthquake, drab, broken furniture, dirty curtains, no ceiling lights. It looked like an abandoned room not worth $98 even with breakfast included and they charged me $100 as a warranty.

Didn’t have breakfast as not much there & not very appealing.

The room we had was a king suite and was not worth the money we paid .

It was a very comfortable stay.

We have stayed at this property several times. They have been continually making improvements. It’s very clean. the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great with restaurants nearby. Great value!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was adequate.

The room that was given to us initially was not cleaned. The staff was more than happy to provide us with a new room otherwise. Also the furniture needs to be reupholstered or upgraded, the elevator and the corridors were dingy.

Good value overall

Good breakfast, included hot items though they say continental. Clean room

there was some noise from plumbing during the night- the pipes would vibrate and bang periodically when the bathroom above us was in use

the absolute worst place to stay

absolutely nothing! it looked like an hourly rate hotel…

everything! from the ceiling following down, the lack of hot water, the harassment when trying to get breakfast and the tv’s from 2003.

Worst experience ever

Breakfast was terrible.

Everything was awful! I was so close to sleeping in my vehicle it was do disgusting. Cigarette burn marks everywhere! Smell was horrible 😫

The staff was super friendly, and there was a slightly above average continental breakfast.

The building is very old and run down. Leaking water from the roof. Water hammer (loud noises from the water pipes) when the neighbours would turn on their water. Solicitors (possibly homeless) in the lobby during the daytime made my wife feel uncomfortable walking to the car without me, to be honest i felt uncomfortable walking through there. Parking lot ruckus going on at night. Located beside the Top Hat (lethbridge's exotic dance club). Loud street noise at night. Defintely overpaid for what we got. Would not recommend bringing children here. For a few extra bucks there would be better locations and better quality

This Travelodge met our needs for a one night stay when we were passing through Lethbridge.

Room and AC was good for our stay. Breakfast provided was good and ideal for our needs. Service manager was very friendly and helpful in promoting food and beverages services on-site that we elected to use.

Mattress was very soft and noisy, and we mentioned to front desk manager who was going to look into this at our exit, as we only stayed one night.

Good...

Didnt like the oldness of the furniture..even though it doesnt affect your sleep many things were cracked or broken. Couldnt get fridge to get cold nor open it without lifting it up....wish for a bigger selection for breakfast and wish we didnt have to wait while they cooked more.

One Night Stay

The hot breakfast was pretty good with the choice of scramble eggs, tator tots, breakfast sausage, self making pancakes and toast or bagels. They also had a variety of yogurt, muffins, cereal, juice, milk, tea or coffee. They had condiments of jam, honey, cream cheese, butter and syrup. They kept supplies up so enough food for everyone that came in even when you came in later near closing. We also liked our room facing away from the main road and away from the elevator so it was quiet. This room got the morning sun so didn't get the hot afternoon sun. We were on the second floor which is where the ice machine is located by the elevator.

Our fridge freezer door was frozen shut so we couldn't use. Informed them when we left.

I appreciated my welcome travelling from BC: the receptionist was available for my 1am check in.

The receptionists, both in the evening and in the morning, were very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated this manner very much.

The location of the Travelodge with other outlets beside it in the same block, such as a bar and liquor store, created some caution in leaving my car in an open space for parking near the main street. Perhaps a security guard available to monitor the parking lot or security video system would alleviate this concern.
