The first front desk female was great. That's it
Everything else was bs.
We were bugged early Sunday morning by 3 housekeeping staff to clean the room, after the first time with the housekeeping staff, we received 3 phone calls asking why we hadn't checked out yet and that we had not asked for late checkout but, on Saturday evening, we had booked the room for another night (with the hotel directly) and they charged my cc at 6:30 am Sunday so it was all paid for and legit.
The guy who called me Sunday morning was absolutely rude and tried to turn around what he said to me. He said he was just calling to make sure everything was okay. That is absolutely not what he said, he said "you didn't ask for late checkout why haven't you checked out yet" and "there are other people checking in in 2 hours!". I told him what I had done the night before and he said no that is not what's happening and that we booked through booking.com and the reservation is over. I said to him if he would check and see that they should be the same name, the booking.com reservation and the credit card and reservation for Sunday night. I was told by Precious that she would leave a note in our file for the night auditor because he was the one that designated the rooms) he then said "no no no that's not how it works" and then as soon as he checked he saw that it was all the same information and then he turned his tone around and the words he spoke to me. He said that she didn't leave a note in our file for him. I said to him that the night auditor was the one that designated the rooms and maybe he left a note? The guy said no no no again. So because this hotel has no communication, us as customers, paying customers, have to go through the rigmar of this BS. Most likely I will never stay here again and neither will any of my family.

I was disappointed booked on booking . Com did not stay at hotel. But had to pay booking.com said it was going to be covered then did not cover stay. Had to leave suddenly father sick and dieing. But neither hotel or booking.site wanted to give me money back. Stressful time did not help me. Then sight also false advertising because balcony should mean outside. Not poolside total false advertising. So am I happy. No

This is our go to hotel when we need to stay in Lethbridge. The pool is great, and this is our daughters favourite hotel we stay at across western canada.. We also love how comfortable the rooms are.
There's not much to note here. The luggage carts were awful (broken wheels), but that's not a huge deal. Other than that, no issues whatsoever.

The Waterpark and the jacuzzi suite was a big bonus for us.

The water slides and waves were great entertainment for the whole family. Being able to rent tubes was very cool as well. The lifeguards on duty, Christian and Katarina, were great with the kids and very diligent.
The pool was cold.

The air conditioning didn’t work, the response was, “ well you booked through booking; so there is nothing we can do about it.
Had a suite and the ac didn’t work on the 3rd flood pool view so the heat and humidity was terrible.

The large pool, hot tub, and water slides for the grandkids
When arrived the front desk check-in staff member was arguing with 3 guests for over 5 minutes, and came off quite rude, not much better with myself, wife and grand daughters at our check-in, and then told us we couldn't get the king suite on an outside window wall i had booked and was confirmed for well over month ago, gave us an inside to pool queen room, with not even a queen bed but a double sized bed, with chlorine pool smells in room for entire 3 day stay. Was not impressed. For some reason as well, all the female lifeguards over the 3 days were miserable, acted like they hated their job, and they definitely hated having to sign out and return towels for guests, and were very brusk, rude, and almost angry with us that they had to do this.

Front desk was so friendly. Our son loved the pool and the restaurant had amazing breakfast. We even for a kids free coupon from the hotel.

The suprize we are under renovation. Suprize here, big yellow stain on rug. The Suprize looks like blood stain. Place was not good.

I always enjoy staying here all the staff except the caucasian front desk clerk is very unfriendly to Natives I noticed how she was so friendly and welcoming to the caucasian lady ahead of me but when it came to our turn, she was very unfriendly and her mood from just a moment ago changed completely. I get she has to deal with a lot of people but as you can see I spend a lot of money at your facility and a huge advocate for this type of behaviour on social media as I have a huge following on my many platforms so to be treated this way on our own territory Treaty 7 is very sad and very disappointing this is the second time i’ve had this happen here and I still came back. I hope maybe she can have some training on how to treat guests equally.

hours of the wave pool and water slides was not great and as a result didn’t get to use them. not happy about that since we picked this hotel specifically for those amenities.

The pool was great as my kids had a ton of fun. The suite was larger than I expected, making it great for visiting family while we kept an eye on my kids swimming(balcony room and my kids are teens.)
Very very friendly and helpful staff.
It did not look like the room had been vacuumed, it was kind of gross. 8$ for a tube for the pool for a very short period of time, when there were tons sitting there unused was ridiculous. Our light was burned out in the bedroom and they did not have light bulbs to replace. The heater didn't seem to be working properly as it was freezing cold or super hot. Not in between. We didn't check the alarm before bed, as I assume they are always turned off, and we were woken up at 5:30am on a holiday Sun am. We had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for breakfast at the restaurant and also had to pay on top of the vouchers. It would be almost impossible to have breakfast for the cost we paid.
